The professionalism and helpfulness of the tow drivers was exceptional! My car was parked and totaled by a drunk driver and Malik was extremely helpful and caring in assisting me and towing my vehicle. He helped me by showing me what to take pictures of so I could submit them for my insurance company. I pray that I won’t ever have to use them again given the circumstances, but if I did have to, I know that I can trust them and that I’m in good hands. Thank you so much!

This place is such a scam. Its a pain but you can argue the towing price down. I got my bill reduced by nearly 75%. It was still higher than what it shouldve been according to the city code for towing (available on the Philly gov website), but I was relieved to just end the transaction. They got so angry and defensive - they know theyre running a scam. Crooks.

My son was in accident on December 27,2020. Back 2 New towed my car to their shop. Every week it was something different. My car was suppose to be ready and it wouldn’t be when I get there. At one point they sent my car to Firestone for a wheel alignment: Firestone said they wouldn’t do the alignment because I needed a sub frame. By this time insurance company said to leave car at Firestone but Back2New went and got the car claiming I owed them money. Insurance company approved payment but Back3New wouldn’t produce invoices. Finally after stating how uncomfortable I was about driving my car: insurance company told me to get my car and take it to a dealer to look over the work. Wellll, I took my car to dealer and received a call yesterday saying my car was never fixed properly, parts that was supposed to be replaced was not replaced. They welded parts of my car together instead of replacing with new parts. Dealer said they couldn’t fix the car if they wanted to. Total damage is over $10,000. Now almost 3 months later my car is being totaled out. SMH. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN OVER 2 months ago. Now I have to car shop for a new car. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

The staff was nice enough but the prices insane.

Everything was really smooth. Had a pretty bad accident a couple blocks from their shop. They showed up almost immediately and were able to tow my car after getting some paperwork signed. Showed up the next day to get my plates from the car before the insurance company came to check it out and the person at the front desk directed me to the lot. I was in and out in like 15 minutes.

On November 28th 2020 my car was in an accident and struck from behind . Mins later a Back 2 new toll truck arrives on the scene .My son called to have my permission to have this company to toll my vehicle.Unfortunately during the 2 long months there has been Hicups in the process of having service to my car . I understand things happen in life beyond human control, for 1 I think my accident was a bad timing, Due to Covid and possibly other cars in the shop awaiting to be worked on . THE OWNER was very passionate and answered my calls and questions, Unfortunately I think the man power for mechanics is not enough on deck .to move cars out in a timely manner .BACK 2 new did a GREAT job on my car . On the day of picking my car up they wanted to have my car wash but,unfortunately one of the workers had an emergency, so The owner gave me $20 to take my car and have it wash which was above and beyond service of business.People we must know there is Pro’s and Con’s in every business..PRAY THAT BACK 2 new become 5 STAR SERVICE SOON ..ALL THINGS IS POSSIBLE FOR THOSE THAT BELIEVE .🙏🏽

An hour of wait before they started loading my skid. They knew I was coming, I called them twice before.

I had a bad experience at this place. They towed my car and kept it for 4 days. I decided to tow it back to my home and I went their and they asked for $880! On top of that they were extremely unprofessional and I found that my car key was left under the car itself on the street!! On top of that I found that my tag was stolen!! Shady business. Stay away.

Very horrible experience! I would NOT recommend this car place to anyone. Very unprofessional don’t answer any calls or text. They told me my car was suppose to be ready 2 1/2 weeks ago have me come all the way up there for it not to be ready no where near ready to be exact. They told me my car was done like 5 times and never was now they had my car for two months ! My car is in the same condition has when I saw it 2 1/2 weeks ago! Did a hack job on my electronics. They didnt fix it correctly. I got a ticket for expired tags because they also had my car for 4 months. Told me they paid the ticket and didnt, even though it was their fault because they never fixed my washer fluid correctly.I had to take it to a Toyota dealership where they had to redo all of the electronics and asked if I had done it myself. (It was that bad). They had soldered the connections together instead of doing it the correct way and redoing the wiring in my vehicle.Do not! Take your car here. Go anywhere else. Literally anywhere.

They are very unprofessional,they broke my tire censor and didn’t replace it. I even went and bought the tire censor myself and ask the gentleman we can go half on it, he just stalled me out with BS so I went and paid someone else to place the censor back. I will never do business with these dudes again.

Worst body shop and experience ever. Very unprofessional, poor communication and not done in an agreed timely manner. I had to keep extending my rental and going back up to the shop to check on my car because they didn’t answer the phone. Parts that were supposed to be replaced was never replaced. The paint job was terrible and uneven. I had paint in places paint shouldn’t had been and the paint has dirt stains as if dust dried into the paint. The rear bumper was put on incorrectly and caused my trunk to be off track and now it won’t shut correctly. I have a 2018 car but not the trunk sound like it’s a 1998 car. I would never recommend them to anyone and I say avoid them by any means necessary. Paying the deductible elsewhere is totally worth it compared to the job they do.

Took my van here for repairs and during a welding job a hole was burned into my trunk. I was told it would get fixed and it never happened. They stopped answering my calls and never repaired my vehicle. Very unprofessional.

I came here and literally overheard a guy saying they ripped him off on a tow adding extra unnecessary fees. He called the police to settle the dispute. Very unprofessional establishment at this location. I had work done at there old location. This location back 2 new 2 is not the same staff.Wont get back to you, wont follow up. Please avoid this body shop if possible. Please!!! I was in an accident in August 2018. I signed the paper work for my car to be repair at their shop on the 23rd of August. I was told they will waive my deductible and pay for a rental while they repair my vehicle. The first 3 weeks they paid for a rental, after i handed salim the check from my insurance I stop hearing from him. He stopped paying for my rental. As a couple of weeks passed and I haven’t heard from the body shop I went there to check on my car and there was no work done to my car at all. 5 weeks and nothing was done to my car. I finally talked to salim and he said he couldn’t cover the rental cause he can’t make a profit if he continues to pay for a rental. Also, he said they’ll have my car in a week but I had to wait another 3 weeks. After receiving it the work is mediocre at best. The bumper is not flushed with the side panal. The grill is sticking out.It’s so much negative things I can say about this shop. I am sure I can not get market value for my 2015 impala now. I would say avoid this body shop by all means. Communication stucks, Quality of there work is average at best. They will not keep their deadline or keep their word to anything they promise. I hate to say it, but they’re lairs. Been lying to me just to receive my business. Everything they promise me did not come true with the expectation of waving my deductible. I could had just paid my deductible else where and had my car back in a decent time with better quality of work. Please avoid

They towed my car when I had an accident. When I went to go pick up my cars parts were missing. When I asked for my money back the man inside was very unprofessional. He stated give this girl her money back she over here crying over missing parts. Then they tried to go through my loan company to get the money for the tow and storage.
