So I personally use this auto shop for my vehicle repair. Sam took the time out to fully explain what issues my car had. And laid out a detailed plan that fit within my budget to repair. He ordered the parts a few days later they came car was fixed the following day. I was called to pick it up. It’s riding well. So I would fully recommend this establishment even if it’s just to inquire about a plan of action with your vehicle. Not to mention their guarantee.

Mr Sam is very good person and mechanic. Prices are reasonable and they attention is incredibly.

You get what you pay for. Cant expect to be cheap and get the service you want. Been coming to them for a while now. Sam gives great price quotes, if he has to do something extra, he will take his time and call you and explain things to you before they will even proceed with any work. Very honest man. Highly over priced the work and the workers are not all that good the guy that owns it has been overcharging people for years and hiring unlicensed mechanics to do the work

This was my family mechanic for years. OJ was the best and most honest mechanic I ever met. I took many of my cars there and got good service by OJ. This all stopped when Sam took over as manager. Sam is very dishonest and money hungry. I just bought a BMW and a check engine light came on. I took it to Sam and he told me I need 4 02 sensors that would cost over $1000 dollars. I ended up taking the car to West German BMW and they said it was another sensor and charged me 50 dollars to fix it.... I would never go to this place again. Sam thanks for ruining a good decent business.OJ was the most honest mechanic you could find but unfortunately you have to deal with Sam.Moral of the story stay away!!!!!!!

This has been my family’s go to mechanic shop for many many years. Since the 90’s!!! Mr. Yoo was very close with my family. Since Sam started working there this shop has been garbage. A few years ago, I took my 2005 Mazda 6 there and was charged hours and hours of diagnosis fees, and parts along with hours of labor. Ended up spending over $2000 there (on a car I only paid $2500 for) and the problem was exactly the same. Then was told by Sam that he will “illegally pass my cars safety and emissions” for $60 cash. I gave him the money, and an hour later he says “your car will not pass, fix the problem and bring it back” (Remember, I just spent thousands with them trying to fix it and it WAS NEVER FIXED!) Stay away!!! I’d never ever ever take another car there. Dealerships only after dealing with this place.

Great place to take your car to. I read some negative reviews about this place which I found very false. You will not find any more honest people than oj n Sam. There is no way they would ever tell you something false about your car or work on your car without telling you and you not agreeing to the work to be done. The shop has been there for over 20 yrs, Ive lived in the area for over 30 years! Been going there for forever! Notice how a review can be made all the way from California! Lmao!

Never fear an all mans shop when it comes to Yoos. The person behind the counter is usually Sam who is very friendly, with great communication skills. If you like dad jokes, then you will love Sam! He is hilarious and just super relatable. Unless sometimes you may be face to face with Joseph who is Sams son. Joseph has a great deal of respect, consideration, and patience.They wont cheat you, they wont lie to you, and they certainly wont talk a language you wont understand. If you need things explained, theyll be glad to do it.Youre getting the best work done for the best price. The people who work here are not only talented, but also very passionate about what they do. Two of the younger mechanics are very passionate about cars and modding them. You can usually see their modded cars out front, which is an awesome sight to see!

Yoos auto service is the best auto shop Ive been to. Sam and OJ are friendly and helpful. They helped me out a lot when I needed it most. This is the only auto shop I go to now... I wouldnt trust anybody else.

I have been dealing Yoos auto for approximately 6 years . I initially started with OJ and Sam while I was teaching at the up the street . During that time, I started driving back and forth to Florida to care for my dad . During my dads final years, I was driving to Florida every month, for 12 months . I had OJ, Sam and their team service my car before each trip . I did not ever have one problem driving to Florida, NOT ONE ! .Since my retirement, I have been collecting vintage Mercedes Benz cars . I have them service at Yoos auto as well . In all the years that Ive have been going there, I only had to go back one time for them to correct a repair . And they did the correction with pleasure .I cal OJ and Sam the CAR DOCTORS . I recommend them to everyone !

I took my car her and SAM is wthe WORST ever!! He tried to scam me. I took a 2007 BMW for damage to a door and so problems with the way it drove. Originally he told me it would cost 900 for the damages. my car was there for a week, he then called me and said it would be 1800 (double) But dont worry because its coming out of insurance!! then I explained I wanted another quote. He proceed to lie and say he already started working on car. I surprised him at his shop seeing he did NO WORK I asked for my car he said because I signed he cant release it until he is paid. he claimed he did work already internally. I called the shop after 2 weeks. he gave me a completely different story. after a month he claimed my car was ready. When i arrived he tried to get me to sign a check I did not authorize and asked me to pay in cash. I already PAID HIM. I explained im not given any more money I took my car and left. NEVER GO TO HIM. CAR WAS NOT FIXED DRIVING WORST THEN WHEN I DROPED IT OFF.

OJ & Sam have always taken the best care of my family car. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Guys
