Cunningham Piano directed me to John to help resolve an issue with our Yamaha Clavinova piano.When I called John, he gave me instructions by phone on how to resolve my issue. By following his clear instructions, I had my issue resolved in five minutes.John really impressed me with his professionalism. He was patient and courteous (despite answering the phone with his head currently stuck inside someone elses piano!). He requested that we call him back afterward to let him know the outcome, even if it was successful and we needed no additional help.Absolutely top-notch guy.
