He never showed up. Glad I didn’t pay in advance. Already out $24 dollars.

I am very very disappointed with this service or lack there of. I scheduled an appointment for my yesterday which was my birthday. Justin cancels 20 mins before my session while I am in route. I really wanted the massage so I agreed to reschedule for today at 1pm. I message him to confirm the time because at this point I am skeptical. Of course once again, he wants to reschedule for 4pm today. Ive already set aside this time to have my massage done at 1pm. I informed Justin that I cannot do 4pm and he wants to reschedule for tomorrow at 1pm. At this point, I canceled because this is insane. I was really looking forward to 90 minutes of relaxation. I was very disappointed yesterday and today because it was my birthday.
