If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. After weeks of trying to communicate with GE about my dishwasher (which is less than a year old and stuck on a 1H setting and would not start) Reeds Appliance Repair came to the rescue. They are SO professional, friendly, reliable and communicate so well. After GE gave me the run around and also gave me the wrong instructions to reset it, Reeds came and reset it in under 3 minutes. After dealing with GE “customer service”, Kelly from Reeds Appliance Service was like a breath of fresh air! I give this company my highest recommendation. They are reliable, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

Just wanted to share my experience about this company because they were exceptional. I had to have my refrigerator repaired during this crazy covid crisis. I was very apprehensive as to have anyone in my house. The repairman used gloves and wore his mask the correct way. The repair its self went so smoothly. From the start of scheduling the repair which was super easy and the scheduler was so friendly and accommodating. They called to remind me when the appoint was scheduled for and on the day before the person came to my house. The repairman was knowledgeable and super efficient. The technician from Reed Appliance Repair was so personable and friendly. He came to our home a few minutes after we called, and checked the refrigerator to see why it wasnt getting as cold as normal. The repair was done in a timely manner and the price was completely reasonable. He is by far the best repairman we have met. We will definitely use him again and we highly recommend him.
