Kristen is responsive & very customer-satisfactionoriented. They had quick shipping and kept in touch after my order to make sure I was satisfied! I bought a hoodie with a great slogan...Bad things happen in Philly and I just love it! It was a great and creative use and Im happy to support this company.

So I had ordered a hoodie from this company but I didnt realize the color I wanted was still available. I emailed the company, and they went out of their way to exchange my hoodies at their own cost. They were SO responsive and so professional and kind about it. Not only did I get the hoodie I wanted in the color I wanted, but they sent me a Thank You note. I really appreciated this. 5/5!

The work itself is decent at first sight but I cant stand the dudes attitude of being a high morale person and some of his stands and how he expresses them.And his reaction on another bad revieuw was somewhat unprofessional.So my advice would be searching for another more professional ad agency, but thats just my opinion, take it as you want.

Philly MADE Creative created an awesome behind the garden video for us at the Philadelphia Flower Show. We are based in Columbus, Ohio and Kristen and Matt handled all the logistics for us. During filming allowed us to focused on building the garden while all getting great footage we used on our website, in video and was able to send out to press outlets. Philly Made was a great value and super nimble responding to our requests.
