Worst trash company without a doubt. Signed up with them two years ago and have had nothing but problems. The first year they were taking my payments and paying other customers accounts with MY MONEY so my account was constantly delinquent. It took my final call in being nasty for them to finally correct the issue. Their trucks are nowhere near reliable. They will show up at either late morning, 1pm, 4pm or won’t show at all leaving us with a can full of trash for them to pick up a day or two later or another week which has happened several times. I put my trash can out no later than 9am every Tuesday and it has never been a problem. The lady stated that they advise everyone to put them out the night before but not a single employee had ever told me that before this point even when I had first signed up. The last year alone they have picked up trash in the afternoon and when I called to ask why my trash wasn’t picked up they claimed they recently started a new schedule, looked up my address and said their time stamp showed my can wasn’t out but then couldn’t provide the time when I asked saying they don’t record actual times. I asked if there was a change why customers weren’t informed, I was then told that it hasn’t actually changed and it’s been the same. None of it made sense and overall seemed just messy for a company. This will be my last week with Mark Dunning trash company, I will be switching to ViroTek from here on out, who also provides recycling services so that alone will be a major upgrade. Overall, I do not recommend Mark Dunning Industries.

Worst company ever to work for DONT WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE THEY DONT AND WONT PAY YOU THEY HOLD YOUR CHECK HOSTAGE.

They dont empty the dumpster to the schedule that was agreed on. Dumpster is full now because the driver failed to show up on Monday now we have to put the bags on the ground just ridiculous and annoying not deserving of one star this happens almost every week!

Called to rent a driveway dumpster at our home in Auburn this morning. Dumpster was delivered by lunchtime. Driver was great and was able to put the dumpster exactly where we needed it. Price was the best in town. Highly recommended.

Had me drive to town to sign a contract then refused to service the dumpster.

The driver on my route is the worst......1st he gets my grandmother trash and puts it in someones elses trash can!!!Then he knocks down all the mailboxes where i live this is unacceptable and he should not be driving the trash truck at all if he dont know what he is doing.....Im over it already .Giving them a one star is really too much....i dont know if anybody else has had problems with them but i really wish they would give us a new driver.
