Anne was such a huge help getting my girlfriends house deep cleaned before she moved. We originally booked a different cleaning service. When they didnt show up, I contacted Anne. She showed up 45 minutes later and saved the day. She did a wonderful job on a moments notice. She was truly a life saver who dramatically reduced the stress my girlfriend was under the day she sold her home. I would recommend her to anyone!

NO SHOW! on the morning of my service I texted her about 10 mins before my appt, see you soon and she replied with what you see below. I asked for my DEPOSIT back and she refused. She later blocked me and stated that she was filing a case against me in another state. If you are in need of a professional cleaning service, dont choose this one.She continues to avoid being served for court.

Did not show up the first day scheduled. Did not call until that night. Apologized and I agreed to let her rescheduled for two days later.Next appointment she was over an hour late.We told the lady on the first 45 minute phone call that the house was4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and 4000 sq ft.She Quoted $375-450.00.When she finally arrived, she walked in the first room and said it would be $1400.00.Only two 70 year olds live here so not a lot of people to clean after. She never even saw the rest of the house before she added $1000.00 to the price.We said no deal and asked her to leave.I think she price gouged because we are old and have a nice house. We are retired and live on a fixed income but we worked hard for ever thing we have.

They was great I loved everything about them Also loved the way that they cleaned my home and before they Left they made sure I was satisfied with what they have done Great company to get to clean your home Thank you so much I will be seeing you again soon

The gals were super nice and adamant about not wearing shoes while they were inside the home.For being a move-in/deep clean it wasn’t that very deep. More along the lines of a normal cleaning. I’ve had plenty of cleaning as I own homes and i move every three years or so. Pretty basic but for the good price we received it’s on par. I guess when you pay more you get more. Maybe it was my fault for having a really high expectation or standard.Is the service worth me hiring them for a monthly or bi-monthly? Not quite. I guess if you want someone to clean up after you then yes because the price seems to be good for that. Will I use them in the future for a move out clean? Probably not. The house is a lot cleaner though so thank you for that.

These ladies were just wonderful. They are very thorough and made sure I inspected every room so that it was to my satisfaction. If there was any spot that got missed, they were very courteous and fixed it right up. I was very thankful for them coming on a Saturday so I could be here. Thank you ladies!

Highly recommend these beautiful women! They were SO thorough throughout the entire house. I am due with my first baby and really wanted my house to be as clean as it could be for when he gets here and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Ms. Ann has cleaned several times for my grandmother. The first time she she came she was so sweet she was like part of the family and did an amazing job. She even called an checked on my grandmother. After my grandmother’s passing she has helped me with the cleaning and removal. Ms Ann is truly a blessing and a wonderful house cleaner. Not only did the cleaning service show up 2 hours late they had a horrible attitude and did not know how to clean adequately. After seeing their job I attempted to contact the service online to find a resolution and was blocked. I later found out that my wedding ring set was gone. So, they charge to much, they show up late, they don’t complete the job, they steal from you, and the refuse to resolve any issue. Also, someone who cares about her customers and her business would be able to handle a few bad reviews appropriately. Your response to the bad reviews shows exactly the type of person you are.

Ann Higginbothams crew is amazing... They came in well dressed and well we mannered ... She called before she came and when she came she did a great job.. especially with it being fathers day and her coming and doing a last minute clean to help prepare for family .. very dependable and affordable and good quality service ...thank u to maid in heaven ...

Very professional. Did a very thorough cleaning job. A lot quicker than I expected. Both ladies were very nice and took came well prepared.

Ms. Ann was very nice in the beginning. She agreed to a move in clean (empty house) 4 bed room with a bonus room. $320 later it doesnt look much better than it did prior to her coming. Half the job was left incomplete. When I notified Ms.Ann about our dissatisfaction. She denied any issues, vaguely threatened me with court, refused to fix the issue and then block me from contacting her. I also have several people that contacted me after I left a facebook review with the same or worse issues. Not only previous customers but past employees as well. Save yourself the trouble. Dont hire her.

Was on time and respectful. The cleaning was everything Ms. Ann promised and more. I will be calling on her services again. 🥰 I always read reviews first, if someone has given me great service I let the world know and the same for terrible. In the world of service there will always be someone who cant be pleased, its part of life. Please if someone does wonderful Tell them.

Ms Ann is awesome she and her team of of ladies come out at the last minute to do a clean for Easter. They come out at 340 pm and left at 8:30 tonight.they done the best deep clean clean on our 3bedroom 3 bath deep clean they done such an awesome job our house not only look immaculate it smelled awesome..my wife has medical problems they even went out their way to wash several loads of clothes.i never thought these baseboards could ever be so clean after hiring Molly maids and my amazing maids it look like they never touch them Ms Ann done a perfect job. Me and my wife will be using them on a regular weekly basis.they earned our business I recommend them to everyone.

I would NEVER do business again with maid in heaven cleaning service, they were supposed to clean my house on the 7th of March and no one showed up.... They did a packing job for me and miss Ann got some items from me and I try get back in contact and no one replying or call back....They have poor communication and I’m just honestly disappointed, we had a deadline and they didn’t fulfill the end of the bargain.....Then you come fb lying about me sending nasty messages.... Don’t come at me with the law because I know my rights..

I scheduled a deep clean after seeing the business advertised on Business Break. The team came in on a Saturday in April. Without following and inspecting as the service that was being provided, I expected the service that was agreed upon. I left before the job was complete, (daughter had prom pictures scheduled) and my husband remained in the home. Ms. Ann texted me after payment was cleared asking if i was satisfied. I told her yes, and I would schedule again in May before my daughters graduation. Fast forward to the next morning...I spent two and a half hours cleaning areas that were missed.A mantle that items were dusted around, blinds where spots were missed, and base boards that were neglected. The worst was when I looked at the windows, which I told them needed a lot of attention, still had crud in the nooks and crannies. I sent Ms. Ann pictures explaining after further inspection I felt like I had received a sub par cleaning. She responded stating she would make it right on the next cleaning. She also told me one of the two ladies had been terminated. Through text exchange, and a phone conversation with my husband, attempting to clarify what make it right meant...it was determined I would be charged for the next cleaning (which was fair) and she would address the windows. I took off work the Friday before my daughters graduation, Maid in Heaven was a NO SHOW. My husband attempted to call, and her voice mail was full. The day of my daughters graduation, my husband received a lengthy text stating Ms. Ann had a family emergency that took her out of state. I received a text yesterday asking if i was ready to schedule my next cleaning.Ms. Ann handled the entire situation unprofessional and offensively. I will not use their service again and want to inform potential new clients of my unsatsfactory experience.RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENT:I am not surprised at your attempt to dismiss this review as a disgruntled employee. My name is Cindy Owens, and you know exactly who I am. Had you not have had the audacity to text me asking if i was ready to schedule another cleaning, I would not have resorted to posting a review. What I found interesting in the other review were the similarities in your MO in dealing with unsatisfied customers. That will be the demise of your business.

I was just looking at the reviews before I decided to inquire about services, however I do find it odd that every negative review is accused of being an ex employee. No one should have so many disgruntled employees trying to attack them, so its clearly either poor choice in the hiring process, or the reviews were actual customers. In either case, I will continue the search for a cleaning company.Edit : Im honestly not sure what youre referring to at all, Im a truck driver, I work 7 days a week for 14 hours a day. I purchased a house in Phenix City and wanted to have it cleaned before moving in, the fact that youre being this aggressive and senseless to potential customers in entirely rude. However if you wish to track my ip address, feel free, and I slandered no one, I simply stated what I saw in reviews, which is public information. But congratulations on the company that you have, and may Satan bless you as well.

Just awful. my sneakers were stuck to my wooden floors. air set at 54 degrees and running wide open when i got home. bathrooms not cleaned. paid good money and nothing was done.

I see there are a few positive reviewed and I’m glad they had a good experience but I can’t even rate this a one. I paid $220 for a deep clean of a 1300 square foot home. I have had sone health issues and needed a good cleaning. We also were having a bug issue in our kitchen and had an exterminator coming to spray out home. The day because I messaged the owner and said I would have to reschedule. I had done boxes that needed to go to storage and could not get those boxes in storage before Friday morning when my cleaning was scheduled. I then offered for them to do the cleaning in two halves. Half the next day. And half the next Friday to which she readily agreed upon. Long story short. A very sweet lady showed up Friday morning an hour early (the time she was given by the owner). No problem I let her in and she got busy. At the three hour and 15 min mark she notified me she was finished and had to go she had another house to go to. After she left I checked her work and although the house smelled good it was ok but not wowing. I sent pictures of things that weren’t done to the owner and she assured me they would be taken care of on the return visit. Fast forward to Fri April 5 when the second half should be done. No one shows up. I had to leave as my mom was In the hospital and I was needed there. I had my husband contact her and she told him that first of all they don’t break jobs up like that. Ok that’s fine but I was NOT told that. Then she told him it was scheduled for the next Friday and could not be done today that it was my fault there was a mix up. Ok things happen she was supppsedly sick and I was told she had fired the young lady that had cleaned for me the previous week so she may be understaffed. She also told him that I did not make those arrangements until after the young last left my house that day. . I sent her the texts between us where we agreed the day before the cleaning as to which dates the house would be completed. She still insisted that I was in the wrong and could not finish the house until the next Tue. I told her that would not work for me and I needed it done on Monday to which she refused. She then started with insults about my house “crawling” with roaches and how she couldn’t believe I had kids in that house etc. I continued to try and reason with her until she called he ignorant st which point I was done. I have ALL this story including the insults and name calling in text. At this point I call the young lady that chested my house the week before and apologized to her if I had anything to do with her being fired. She had not been fired on that Friday as I was told and In fact worked the next weekend for the owner as well. She assured me I had nothing to do with it and I’m fsct apologized to me for not giving me the service I deserved. She explained if she went over the time limit she was given to clean it was deducted from her pay. That was why she was in such a hurry. I am very understanding. I tried to be tactful but you can’t. call customers names and insult them. I asked for a refund which I was refused. I’m her opinion I got five hours of service and my house was cleaned. I got three hours and the young lady that cleaned it confirmed that to me. To say it’s been unpleasant is an understatement. First of all I should have been wary of paying for a service that had not yet been rendered but she said her policy was to pay before the cleaner left my house so I did. Just beware. Think twice and don’t pay until you get your service.
