The storage facility was very clean and organized. The gentleman in the office was very nice and helpful. Our HOA made a good decision to work with this storage unit company.

Clean, the lighting was o.k. although it would be nice to have a light inside the storage units as well.

Used them for two flipping years. Overpriced and quick to double-lock if you lose track and miss a payment. And now that the new owners have taken over it is even worse. At least the old owners were fairly nice. I wouldn’t use them and I’m moving out ASAP.

They couldnt even electronic deposit the $20 back into my checking account. They had to mail it and they tried to lied saying they had no storage unit available. Just because one person didnt have a problem with shepherd storage. Doesnt mean others want have trouble. That was pretty ingorant to say that. Companies pick and chose which customers to mistreat and give the run around.

If I could leave a zero I would. I’m disgusted by the whole situation. I had my furniture professionally wrapped and put into this storage facility. I went to retrieve my items and there were piles of cat vomit outside my unit and the unit itself was rodent infested. All of my furniture including wood is chewed, full of droppings, and completely destroyed. When I had the employee come out to my unit I was told they aren’t responsible for anything and they’ll leave a message for someone to call me next week. No apology, nothing. They also said that even though there are no visable rodent pest control boxes anywhere near the units, there is no way that their facility isn’t doing w proper job of pest control. I’m appalled, disgusted, and heart broken.

Staff is so nice.
