I have used D n A Heating & Air for many years and have been very pleased with their service. They just replaced two complete AC units for me that were over 25 years old. He explained everything to me and gave me my options without pushing anything or feeling there was a hidden agenda behind it. Amy was on top of our issues and journey to getting us taken care of! When our new unit arrived Justin and Randy were early to the installation and quick installers. Everyone really cared about my situation and helping my family. As a military spouse, this meant everything to me!

DNA Heating and Air was recommended by a colleague and I can not be more happy with the service I have received. I was completely impressed with their knowledgeable technicians, prompt response, and professionalism. They did an excellent job in quickly diagnosing and fixing a air handler issue I had with my system. After that job was complete I called them again to adjust some ducting to a room that did not heat or cool like the rest of the house. This job was completed like the first by prompt, professional technicians doing quality work. If you need heating or cooling work done you cannot go wrong by going with DNA.

I want to acknowledge Ismael and Justin for the excellent job done in my home. I am a 1st time homeowner(woman) and did not have a clue on what could be wrong with my a/c. I was given a professional answer and cause of my A/C breakdown. I felt 100% comfortable with Ismaels recommendation. When I had a problem with my AC, Amy was able to get someone out within hours to take a look. Everywhere else told me it would be days before someone could help. Ishmael was fantastic! He located and fixed the problem quickly and it turned out to be much cheaper than I expected! I will definitely be calling D n A with all of my future needs.

Our AC system was not cooling the house evenly. The company installed a damper and resized ductwork for the larger part of our home, and everything is working much better. The company was fast, professional, and reasonably priced.

Called greated with friendly person was made aware of a cancellation today and got service same day! Tex was very friendly, knowledgeable and curtouis. Upon entering my home Monday evening I noticed my inside air handler was making an awful noise and after a few more times of the unit cutting on & off it finally sounded like it jammed. I contacted DNA the very next morning & within 5 minutes Amy was calling me back. The service repairman called me 30 minutes before my appt. and was very prompt. The worry that I had was the unit in my house was over 25 years old & the concern of finding a part to repair it was scary but they found the part & had me up & running by that evening. My heat stopped working in the middle of the night. Called these folks first thing in the morning. Set an appointment for the same day. They couldn’t keep our appointment time so they called to say they were going to be a little later than expected. Great communication!! Hats off to Amy for setting up such speedy service. After slipping on my floor because of the humidity I decided to call a professional to help me deal with it. I called DNA HVAC and they came over and told me all I needed was a dehumidifier in that area of the house. They hooked one up and it has made my whole house more liveable.
