The entire RGV Floor Pro team is fantastic. They are honest, punctual, and knowledgeable in their field.I hired a general contract last December who ruined my wood floor. He used common household tools creating deep scratches, by the time I saw the damage, it was too late to make changes-the GC had to go. The work came to a halt and I called Al to give me a repair estimate. He came and explained the work to be done as well as the equipment he uses. It took 4 days to complete the job and I have no regrets. There were a couple of times they had to work alone in the house which was not a problem for me. Don’t waste your time with do-it-all handymen, hire Al for quality professional work.

These people are what their name implies. They are pros. If you are looking for a floor that is cheaply and quickly installed, they do not do that kind of work. They are courteous, thorough, and will do a professional and quality installation that should be there for many years. My only regret is that I did not find them sooner.
