Salesman lied about the terms of a phone trade in promotion and after it was realized that we werent getting the right credit on our bill, we talked with them about it. They refused to admit they did anything wrong and the manager wouldnt even talk with us, just kept dodging our requests to talk about it and even gave us a fake number to get in contact with them! Instead of making it right, they kept our old phone (worth $300 trade in credit that we didnt get) and wouldnt even give any credits from the original promotion. Very dishonest group, better to take your business elsewhere.

Great experience, Joe did a great job explaining about the features of the new phones. We didn’t even think about it we upgraded on the spot. We will return on Monday for another phone. Excellent customer service, he had lots to talk about and we enjoyed our conversation.

Terrible store, the service I received from Anthony and Albert was really bad, I got my service there and since day one I got a quote that was not correct and every month I went to get it fix and it’s been 5-6 month and nothing has happen, know they are not there and the new manager will not do anything to fix it, I will not recommend this storeBe carful people in that store

It is the only store that holds a key for Wi-Fi and At & t customers cannot access Wi-Fi if you stop outside the store during non-business hours.
