The Mickey Mouse & Friends bounce house was a hit with the kids and even some of us adults who are young at heart! I appreciate how this rental company easily accommodated us on such short notice and made it convenient to select the bounce house we wanted, reserve it, and pay for it ALL ONLINE on their website! The delivery of the bounce house was a little early, which was a big plus, cause we had even more time to enjoy it! It was in excellent condition and we never had a problem with it! I needed a bounce house for my daughters very first party at 6 years old and wanted to make it memorable. They came super early to drop it off so we had it all day when I only ordered it from 4pm-end of day. So she got more playing time it was easy and flawlessly set up. It was clean and so much fun for everyone! They didnt come and pick it up til later the next day so we got alot of time with the bounce house basically almost two days when I only paid for a few hours. The whole experience as a whole was awesome and they are definitely at the top of my list when it comes to throwing parties in the future. Thank yall so much!

The website was easy to book and pictures helped me find what I needed for my daughters bday. The drop off arrived earlier than the time booked which was great an pick up was on time. The guys set up everything with no issues. The following up with the client shows great customer service. I will book again!

Was recommended to them, do not answer calls, or return them. Just text messages. They want for you to go online and place your order, whose to say the items wanted is available for the day you want. Then you have to make payment right there, so what if you make the payment and they dont have it available? Oh yea, you have to set a specific time of 6hrs only, not like other companies that drop them off 1 day and pick it up the next day. No they charge you 2 days for that.

We waited till the last minute to look for a waterslide for 4th of July weekend and Party with Us RGV was a life saver! I was able to book over the phone rather than online to make sure my order would be in before the following day! Their customer service was superb! They delivered on time and their waterslide was in great condition! Our kids had a great time on it! We look forward to renting from them again!

Would not rent with them again.. They charge 325 which was suppose to deliver by 2pm. Was not delivered till about 4pm. They picked it up by 10am. We didnt even have it for at least 24 hours..I recommend to look some where else. Bad service.

Overall we had a very poor experience with this business and their customer service. We were asked what time we would like the items delivered. We asked if it could be around noon. They said that would not be a problem. The items showed up at 2:14 pm. We were able to get everything set up before the party but it made us short on time. We had also agreed on same day pickup and even paid an extra $65 to have the items picked up around 7:00 pm. They failed to come back and pick up the items and we had plans the next day and would not be home. Our doorbell camera shows the employee at our house the next day at 1:40 pm. We called and explained the situation that we were charged for early pick up and they failed to pick the items up. The only thing you told us was “we will see what we can do” and that you would give us a call back. A day later and still no call back. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone! Also if you dispute the charge on your credit card there is a fee associated with that so make sure you read the contract if you decide to use this terrible business.
