Alex Baztan was a great factor in getting my AC fixed! My ac was not working over the past few days and polar air sent out a great serviceman. I highly recommend Alex to anyone who needs their AC fixed, he was very professional and educated about his work.

If you need residental services tell Polar Air NOT to send Cosme, residental supervisor tech to your home. He is very agrumentative towards Polar airs clients inside the household, has a lot of defensvie commiuncation, lacks business commiunciation skills, states clients give him attuide, damands payment when the office manager stated the job was not completed yet, stating he is doing us favors and stating we are refusing to look at damage pictures after the damage had occured, (leakage of water in the celing) as the home was unsupervised with Cosme and the tech sitting in the truck playing on thier phones. The was another thing water damage was done while the house was unspervised as the techs were in their van with the a/c on and Ihad to run outside to tell them water is pouring from the celing to the floor, but this complaint is mostly about the lack of customer service of the employee Cosme, where clearly he gives the vibe he does not care about us,the cllients and seems like he has been getting away with his attiude with customers for a long time. A written compliant was made about him on a survey last year about his aggressive behavior and it seems like that was not addressed. So we made a another complaint about his behavior this year towards the office manager and left messages with Matthew Garcia the manager. Whether they actually get after their employees to protect the name of the business or protect the empolyee instead, for future homeowners tell the company NOT to send Cosme to save you stress as I know everyone we all want good customer service when work is hired in our homes.

Hello I am a manager at a local restaurant. We used to use an easy company and they stopped answering. Polar Air sent Alex to work on one of my exhaust hoods. The other company had told me I had a bad motor but Polar Air found that it was just a bad capacitor. They save me thousands of dollars and we will be using them from now on highly recommended!

This is honestly the best place to go to when you’re needing help with your AC. My inside AC unit started to leak water on a Thursday night, and I didn’t know what to do. I went straight to Google to see who I could find to come take a look at it. I found Polar Air and I decided to call them first thing in the morning. I called their business and the receptionist that answered was extremely professional, understanding, and polite! She said she could try to fit me in for an appointment time that same afternoon, but if there wasn’t any space available she did explain I would have to wait until Monday. She informed me that she would give me a call right back to confirm if someone could get sent out that day. She called me back ten minutes later and said someone could be out that afternoon and she did give me an ETA! I was so relieved! Austin and his partner (I dont know how to spell his name!) arrived within that time frame and they were extremely professional, polite, and understanding! They explained everything that was going on while they checked my AC unit and they were very thorough in making sure my unit (both inside and out) were working properly. The price for the services is extremely affordable. I couldn’t have chosen a better business! I know from now on, I will be using their services for all of my AC needs.

Our AC unit went out at the worst possible time. Friday at 6 o’clock after hours. Polar air made the process so easy to get our unit repaired. It’s the weekend and under hour Polar Air sent out there Technican Mr. Alex to come save me and my babies from this south Texas heat. Our mischievous German shepherd got a hold of the wires to our outdoor unit leaving us without A/C. Service Tech very professional, Arrived at the estimated schedule; José Serna did a great job explaining the issue and all task, part and cost related; even better he had a spare on his service van and replaced the part, inspected the unit condenser and gas pressure too as a broad inspection, after service cleaned the working area.

My grandmother’s AC unit was clogged and leaking into her garage and I called Polar Air and they sent Matt Kauffmann out first thing in the morning to work on it, and he did a great job cleaning it out and checking the pressures, and explaining everything that was wrong with the unit and audited that it was all taken care of! Cosme & his team were amazing! We had our heater / furnace break right when we needed it on a rare freezing valley night. And more importantly my fish in the aquarium were freezing and Cosme came within JUST ONE hour of calling Polar Air and fixed our problem with a brand new resistor board in 45 mins. On a Saturday morning my AC stopped working. I called Polar Air and they arrived an hour later. Christian located the problem and fixed it within the hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My family and I are now keeping cool right here at home and didnt have to go to a hotel amid covid. Couldnt have ask for anything more because they have it all covered and know how to make customers for life.

They were very up front with what service they offered, what needs to be done, unlike some shady companies that seemingly hide some information from you. I opted for the 2 visits/year at $199. The technician added 2 lbs. of the coolant for an additional $70, after doing the maintenance/cleaning/checkup. He gave tips on how to help maintain the AC clean. The office consultant Edith was very efficient and friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a prompt response to AC home unit issues.

Gave my 13 year old AC unit the TLC it needs. What I like about them is they never once pressured me to replace my unit or sell me a new one. They just went on and fixed what needed fixing. I called polar air because my heater stopped working in the middle of the night and having a newborn who couldn’t be in then cold. I decided to call Polar Air, they answered on the first call and had a technician at my home with in 30 minutes. The technician was able to find the problem and fixed it. I just want to thank Polar Air for responding so fast to my call and assisting me with my heater.

Was having a water leak inside the house, called them and Luis went to the house, checked the AC unit and solved the water issue: He unclogged the drain, clean the area in the attic, sealed some parts, and extracted all the water accumulated. He took and showed us before and after pictures. He also checked the machine outside. We got a really good price for all that was done. We recommend Polar Air 110%.

I had them come in and install a smart thermostat and they did a great job. Got it set up, installed, and even checked the entire unit to make sure it was running properly. The technician was well informed and very professional. They had a promotion and good rates. It was a difficult hassle to get them in as they missed my appointment but they came by the end of day and I understand its busy in the summer.Overall I highly recommend!

Wow, where do I start? I called today and said I was in no big hurry. I have two air conditioning units and the one freezes me out so it is not as if I need the other one. Just would be nice because it is a mini split and is very quiet. Well, I think I called about noon or just before and they said they would be out today at 2. Again, I said Im in no big hurry but they gave me the same time anyway.I have not been happy with the mini split since it was installed. I was positive it was low on Freon and it appears I was correct. They came out and recharged the unit. They highly suggested I have it inspected for leaks but since I watched it get installed I said, no, just charge it up. So without an argument they did it but also notified me they would not guarantee there was not a leak that was the issue. Hey, Im good with that. They did as I asked, gave me options and the price. In my book they are good. They appear to do good work at a reasonable price. They charged less than what I would consider appropriate. If I was doing the work I would have charged more.
