Employee with the goat beard is rude and gets upset when I ask him for help. I though it was his job to help people.

Never had issues with USPS but I had ordered a book and they literally placed it in the wrong mail box. Now my address was correct just bothers me because it could of been avoided thank god my neighbor is my sister but who knows next time.

Do a good job when delivering mail and packages. The employees inside the post office vary from friendly to not very friendly, depending on you get.

I ship many, yes many packages, domestically and internationally almost on daily basis for severalyears. The USPS Pharr staff and the service have consistently been efficient and friendly. I have never had a problem with a package being lost or undelivered. Thanks everyone! Oh, USPS McAllen on Pecan is a good back up when I cant make it to USPS Pharr.

They provides services, I paid for that service.They did Worse job, they did broken my package, my family didnt get that package, they throw it away, no claim, no responsibility, asked a claim, they told me came back after few day, I came and they said, they have to wait for their boss say yes about claim and then they will call me, now still waiting for a call....no one call me, this is the way they treated to customers,
