The place is modern enough to include a debit card system although some signs to point to it would be beneficial to a new customer. It’s cool and spacious to maneuver, however, you have to watch your items to make sure they are not stolen by other patrons unfortunately. I will say this about their customer service - their attendant was very friendly and I could see she was hard at work, cleaning, throwing the trash and folding laundry as I assume is part of her responsibility. Overall a good place to go.

Walked in today and loaded all my washers and i waited in line for a gentleman to finish loading his card. When it was my turn the red headed young woman working there asked if i was gonna use cash or credit to load my card because the machine was not accepting cards, cash only!!! She told me to try but people before me were not successful in doing so. I tried and it did not work. I had to take out all my clothes pack them back up and just left. I left thinking; a sign at the front door would have been nice before i had loaded all my damn washers since the attendee already knew the card machine was not working!!

Im glad I found one of these establishment down here in the valley! About time! More convenient since most Carry card and not Cash most of the time. Spacious and well kept, machines are various in sizes so its very accommodating to All needs. Enough room to keep with social distancing, keeping kids entertained as well.Hope it keeps up the maintenance and cleaning. More locations are needed! Its a drive away from my home but worth it. Looking forward to seeing more open up. 😃

Very spacious and clean. Free wi-fi but kind of slow . To be honest I don’t think the wi-fi works at all.

Upon walking in, was told mask arent needed in the building. Washers do a really good job, dryers (may) need extra time depending on the density of load.

I am so sick and tired of not being able to find any employee. Either she is asleep and customers have to wake her up, somewhere outside smoking, or sitting down on the couches on the phone. I come here at least 3 times a week and its always the same problems. Not only is there no customer service, the place is nasty. Today, she sat at the counter like always while the other two had zero clue what to do. I have never had a problem nor seen this place such a mess with any other worker. I had to go to your 99 cent store to buy my detergent because the younger lady didnt know how to charge me out and of course she was no where to be found. Please address this. I can not be the only customer to have a problem like this.

The first time I came in about 6 months ago. It was clean and helpful service. I dont know what happened. But now almost half the machine dont work. Trash on tables, floor filled with dry sheets. It seems they are so biz doing other peoples laundry that they dont have time or just stopped caring. Im also surprised that the owner does not see this or does and dont care either. Very Sad for a great building and place to have this.

No good ! They let another guy take my clothes . Called the person they had given their clothes before at 8:am . No they didnt.. They called a person they knew and yes he had it. A kinda new levi and shirt to ware that day. The person would not bring it back until the night.. No, no way! Not with this pandemic coronavirus .. They can keep it . Bad business. They can keep their business and rub it on their chest

I love going to this laundromat! One of the cleanest I have seen in a long time & open late! Helps me out a lot since I get out late from work! Love that there is always machines available! I love the friendly feeling of the place. Employee Danny is always so nice and attentive to what we need! Always greeting and making it comfortable for a customer to return back. Definitely would recommend this place!

Very clean and the machines are excellent

Awesome. I wash every Sunday for my family of 6 and this place is the best and super clean and spacious. Has a 2($1.50), 4($4.00), 6($6.00), 8($8.00) and 10(??) load option. Basicly $1 a load👍. Dryers start at $1.25, $1.50 and $2.25. I used the $2.25 for the 8 load of towels timer set at 30 min and YES they all dryed😁. They also have an option to leave your clothes so they can wash. Machines take a card that you load with cash($10 min.), credit card, and even EBT (TANF). Will defiantly be returning.

Had an excellent experience, for now my washer area is out of commission at home. I pass by daily through spinxpress I found the laundry area very clean nice equipment excellent personal (Vanessa) is the young lady who showed me the ropes. Will definitely continue to do my laundry here while my hone situation is repaired. For now I am extremely pleased did two laundry runs today. Thank you.

I was hesitant to wash at a coin-less laundry mat but took my chances anyway. Let me say, best decision I’ve made this year! Extremely clean, great washers, and lets not forget miss Vanessa! I’ve been using laundromats for about four years now and this is the best one I’ve been to by far. Extremely clean. So many washers and dryers. You have choices from 2 load machines to 10 loads (100lbs)! I love that you don’t have to get quarters. You pay using an app where you put money into either with a bank card or giving the associate cash. Brittany was extremely helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this place and will come back!

This place is Awesome!! Modern, well maintained, VERY CLEAN and the staff very helpful. There is alot of seating as you wait for your laundry. Its quiet and has a place for the kiddos to play. Will definitely do our laundry here while we are in the area.

Overall great place to go do your laundry at 12-1am and the way they care for your clothes seems to impress me. This location never fails me with fresh clean smelling outfits. Danny is very polite and very approachable, excellent customer service.

I can not begin to express in words how amazingly convenient this place is. It’s so close to my house and always open just when I need it. When you walk in you are greeted by super friendly and helpful staff members. Ask for Vanessa, she’s super helpful and always wants to make sure you’re well taken care of. If it’s your first time here they’ll help you step by step to download the app, sign in to this location, and even get started on your first load of wash.

I been in different places but the service was provided today by Daniela was just beyond expectations. She was all about customer service very friendly, helpful and very happy she seem to enjoy what she does it hard to find people like her now days. Super clean and a lot of machines to finish fast. I like that I can go fill up 7 to 10 machines and not have to be waiting for one to finish. Free popcorn is the best and vending machine drinks are always super cold. TVs so you wont be bored and tablets for the kids. Love this place for laundry.

This place is very nice and reasonably prices compared to other laundromats in my area and a plus is that i dont have to carry around so many quarters like other places since they use a little card you can reload with cash or debit. Wow this is the cleanest laundromat in Texas. Super clean and extremely friendly staff. First time here and they helped me right away. Best thing is you don’t need change you can pay with your debit card. So convenient.

The installations are great with a kids zone filled with tablets with games also the waiting area lounges are awesome.. This places is going down quick and theyre not doing anything to stop it. Great place at first & now its become a dirty place to wash. washers and dryers dont work, they arent keeping them maintenance.

More than half the washers are out of service along with the dryers. Not only that, when you wash in the ones that do work theres no cold water. So dont waste your money or time. I will be taking my business somewhere else, I could careless for the reward points & free popcorn.

I hate having to write bad reviews but something needs to be said and done. My husband and I have been coming to this laundry mat since February (that’s when our washer broke) everything and every employee were amazing! Up until a couple of months ago. My husband and I have came into small problems such as not getting popcorn, machine double charging my husbands account, (we had the funds replaced) and bad customer service. It saddens me to see such an outstanding employee lose his way of being nice and courteous. Yesterday he was so rude I asked a simple question and you could feel the frustration in his voice while explaining and sadly it isn’t the first time. Both my husband and I are intrigue by the new way of doing laundry so we have a lot of questions. (Sorry) We have even heard him raise his voice and ignore customers. We love the new laundry mat but such employee like him are forcing us to chose. I hope this small issue gets resolved before there’s another customer dissatisfaction.

Check this, the Wife & I have been valid customers at the grosses laundry mat in Pharr. Today, we decided to use Google to find something ANYTHING better than Splish Splash. As we are reading my Wife says, “This has to be a joke”. Obviously, we were in shock of how many great reviews Spinexpress has. A laundry mat can’t be that amazing, can it? ... you bet your sweet a** it is!!!! Walk in, bam greeted by two girls, you can tell they were on point. As soon as I’m greeted a little girl asks “may we help you”. Not sure she’s of age to work there, but everyone needs a paycheck. 🤐 We walked around the facility and let me say, omg! You can literally see your reflection on the washers and dryers!!! The floor, holy h*ll, clean enough to where you’d eat on them. Not literally. This company is COIN-LESS!!! Wanna hear the best part, drum roll, they GIVE you FREE popcorn!!! Well, not at the moment, but let all this pandemic end and they are back in action. Shout out to the best laundry mat, hands down!!!

Very clean laundromat

My experience here was so awesome especially because Britney helped me out a lot and I also love that there’s free popcorn lol.. it’s really easy to wash and dry clothes here because we don’t need to find change to put in the machine. This is my third time coming here and I love it. Also the staff has great customer service.

I love the idea of having different size of washer and dryers. Starting with small loads or very heavy loads. They have from 2 loads til 10 loads. The same as for the Dryers

We have been coming heresince Feb 2019 & love it. Clean & machines are great. Service is exceptional & love the popcorn!.Place is generally very clean but we generally come in the fesrly morning. Today we came in the afternoon & it saddened us to see dome some people not appreciating a good thing, throwing trash on the floor & just plain sloppy. Crew did keep cleaning up but people make me mad!Will come early mornings!

Went in around 930am, I was welcomed by the employee. Then it was explained how to use the app payment system. The place is very clean and bright. Plenty of machines, no waiting . As far as laundry mats are concerned Spin Express is the first place to wash your clothes.

Today is August-10-2020 since I have been here . Person in charge has not cleaned or disinfected any of the washers and dryers.Usually it is very clean in all areas ..l dont know whats up

Honestly truly Spin Xpress Laundry was so nice when it first opened but now is has gone down the drain. Not only is it super dirty but the staff member Juan (if that’s even his real name) removed my items from the washer and threw them away while I was on the other side of the facility gathering my things in the larger wash machine. He was so rude and even placed blame on the person who was using the washing machine after me until he pulled some of my items out of a waste basket and swore that was all that was in the machine. What a liar. Because of people like Juan this business will eventually fail. I suggest you hire people with better people skills and tact.

I’ve been coming to this location since the opening. Since then I have noticed that the laundromat is always clean and so are their machines. They have very helpful staff today Britney helped me load money on to the app and is available to help with any questions you may have.
