Experience was nice. Was told henna eyebrows would last up to 6 weeks but few days after the tint is all but completely gone. Not very happy with that. Threading was a plus I guess.

Nathalie did an amazing job. I highly recommend her. She makes you feel comfortable. I did my eyebrows and i usually end up crying and I did not with her.

I’ve been here a few times and I’ve yet to be disappointed. Today Janie did my eyebrows thread and she did so wonderful. I left very happy and ready to show off her work. Most definitely coming back.

Threading is great but I wouldn’t recommend lashes . The lashes are all clumped together . There still and don’t look natural . One of my lashes was lower than the other by the next day . My eyes hurt and got irritated. I say it was all do to them all stuck together and it would tug on my skin . I wouldn’t get my lashes anymore just my brows .

Ladies in the front are not organized, I called before to ask about wait time I spoke with Maria and she said no wait time, I get there call again to sign in and they said 5 minute wait waited 25 minutes and never got the call I get off to ask and they said that they are training a girl and that they never said 5 minutes with a little attitude. Not that I didn’t want to wait but I was in a hurry and that’s why I called before going just to make sure there was no wait time

I got eyelash extentions and they came off a week later. They were supposed to be $35 but i ended up paying $50. Plus I had to go in a few days after I got them because my eyes were red and irritated.

Worst experience ever.. I’ve had my brows threaded in this place before but never had my eyebrows botched. This time an eyebrow is completely different from the other making it it shorter from the tail and the beginning. Laura BOTCHED MY EYEBROW!!

I had an appointment today at 1:00, so I thought. I’m not familiar with your policy(15 minute wait time.) One of your receptionists, kindly explained to me your policy. I understood. Yesterday I got my eyebrows done with a different lady, know with COVID we cant choose who can make you eyebrows and now my eyebrows are swollen and with lots of little cuts it hurts.. i wish i could share a picture 😡

I honestly love this place. I got my eye lash extensions done there with Alex and she did amazing!! Been out and about for an hour and soooo many people have already came up and asked where I got them done (I recommend them here). I will most definitely come back and do them again with ALEX!! ❤️❤️
