The client service of Laredo Texas is the worse I had ever experienced, we used this office for our freight shipments in to Mx. even though we have five or six contacts none of them answered the phone or even bother replying your emails every time Ive called asking for an status of my goods the assistant pass me through many extensions where the answer machine is the one who assist me... its very frustrating for air shipments we use Dicex Toluca which is excellent, use any other company in Laredo if you want to clearance your goods fast without headaches we are stick to this company because it was recommended by FedEx but make a favor yourself dont use Laredo Office personal is very unprofessional.Until today Im still waiting for the customs manifest after 11 days, evey time is the same story.I work for Vista System and I writing this review because there is no one in Dicex Laredo whos taking care of our complains.
