Took in my pick up truck to this place and they didnt wash correctly paint(black) looks all foggy and alot of water sspots all over truck door jams just rinsed not washed and water spots. I told them that it was still dirty and water spots all over they just went and wiped down trying to clean it but they were just leaving it worse smudges and streaks all over the areas they wiped. Dont recommend this place save your money and go onto a automatic car wash save time and money most of all the frustration.

We like taking our sports car there, they hand wash our car, vacuum it out wipe it out. Also they take and do a great job washing it, and drying it off.

They’ll scam you especially if you don’t speak Spanish. If you go there, either make sure you have the time to fight about the prices changing on you or take a car without a complete paid work. I had spilled coffee on my sit and needed them cleaned and I figured I get the rest of my car treated since I hadn’t done so in awhile. I told them I needed the car given a deep clean inside and out. They proceeded to tell me that it’d all cost $45. 30 minutes later I come back and they had not cleaned my seats. I asked them why, they said it’d be a separate $40 for the seats; it looked like they hadn’t even touched the inside, although they were claiming they had. I almost flipped, but since I had other stressful matters I was dealing with, I asked them to clean my car and give me the receipt. I ended up paying $92 and figured they thought they could change prices on me anyway they wanted, they needed the money more than I did. I’ve had a deep clean before but this was absolutely horrendous. I was too tired to drive anywhere else and just needed my car cleaned.

I do not know how they got 5 years with a German Shepherd dog hair out of my Kia but they did I will forever be in their debt

Horrible. This place should be out of business. Not sure if Lucy is in charge or not, but the day I went to Lucys Car Wash, there was a heavy set lady in charge of the cars and pricing.The lady I met told me my car would cost $20 for full cleaning (inside and out). There is a sign outside her carwash that says $15 for car (which I have), and $20 for SUV, trucks.She proceeded to tell me all cars are $20, and trucks and SUVs are $25. (Confusing and not good business practice to keep wrong prices listed in front of the business).I accepted to let her clean my car for $20 (holiday spirit), and she told me my car would take 45 mins. So I went to the nearby Starbucks and waited one hour, and returned to a filthy car that was sparsely rinsed from the outside (the outside was still very dirty, and the inside wasnt even touched)!When I asked about the inside of my car, the lady asked me if I would like the back vacuumed (she had the audacity to ask if I wanted a service done that should have went without asking).I then brought up to the lady that the entire car needs to be rewashed as well as the inside, and she then gave me my car keys back and said to take it someone else.End of my experience with this business. (That fat rude lady is in the wrong Business in my opinion) No customer service from beginning to end.

Sign said $20 but paid $22. The truck overall was ok but the wheels were still dirty, no attempt was made to clean them. Thought all the black would be armoralled but was wrong as well. Should have just used my monthly pass and done it myself
