They could be better. Ive gone there few times within the years and no problem on service. But today I reserved a car, went on my lunch break to pick up a car. And the lady told they didnt have any cars and expected me to wait there.
I’ve always reserved my car rentals through Enterprise. Whether it is from the airport or location in Pharr. Unfortunately today I had experience my fair share of lack of service. I came in early to pick up my reserved rental and this is not the first time I pick up from Pharr location. After completing the inspection I was I formed of a $300 deposit. Um what! I’m not reserving with a debit card I have a credit card. I never had to pay a $300 deposit only a 10% or 20%. No fault to the girl helping me she’s doing her job but the managers response was that’s our policy. Um ok thank you for not attempting to fix the problem. Needless to say I’ll just stick to reserving at the airport. Besides even if I had paid the deposit I’m sure I would have been stuck with the replacement cost of the windshield that had a crack.
Tried to make a reservation with app couldnt. Went to the location seen about 7 cars on the lot but couldnt rent them out was told I should have come in 3 days prior to set a reservation.
If i could give 0 stars i would, this is the worst customer service, they wont solve a single thing for you, never have cars, and never know when they will. they wont even bother to call you to let you know there’s cars.
Rental prices have gone through the roof. Availability of cars is very limited and untimely.
The people are the best. Word to the wise ... Not the fastest place to get a car. You might wait awhile. Im just sayin....

I was told my rental was ready, then I arrived and it took them longer than an hr to get me into a rental. The girl marked half a tank when it was 32 miles to empty. When I told her she said don’t worry doesn’t matter. I returned the vehicle & it had half a tank as courtesy, but yet I was charged 8 dollars for gas I could careless but train the employees right!!! She was the worst!!!!!!
These guys are a waste of time,they had gave me an appointment to go get a car only to tell me they dont have one for me,I called before to see if they were ready for me,they said yes. Only to find out they didnt have any car for me when I got there.
Being charged an incorrect amount than was signed for on the receipt as well as being charged on a card that was not authorized. Then getting no remedies to fix the situation. Awful awful awful
I am a nurse working Covid ICU, here from another state. I rented a car from this location for a few days over a month. Paid over 1000, for the car, now I realize that car was gonna cost, and I am willing to pay for me rental which I did in full. My issue is when asked to take me back to My hotel they told me that I would have to make other arrangements to get back, because it was out of the range for them. I explained that our hotel had been moved closer to the hospital and there was nothing I could do, they (she) didnt care the answer was NO WE DONT DO THAT.!!. I am very disappointed in the customer service I received there, and we are Enterprise plus members that WILL NEVER USE ENTERPRISE AGAIN!!!.

I have always used Enterprise for car rentals. The only thing that almost didnt get me the rental was the new rule of license address needs to match your phydical address to a bill. Mine did not because still have old address on license. So it was settled with using a credit card to hold deposit and payment. Not a big deal really. I do recommend them highly. Also they will go for you if you dont have a ride. Love that to.
I felt like I had new friends and family. Everyone was so friendly the van I rented was really hot I felt like a cool person in a black on black van I would truly refer everyone to Enterprise i plan on using them again thank you again and the customer service was above and beyond

The sales lady was a true professional I did have an issue with the vehicle not being serviced properly before I left but I was given a written reward of free gas on next rental Ill just have to wait and see
Sorry, but the worst experience...had about a month long reservation for a van. They rented it out to someone else, told me i had to wait for 4 to 5 hours to look for one. Then they gave my parents the round around when we turned it back in and they gave them someones elses receipt. Have been trying to get the right one and still waiting for our deposit.
We have rented vehicles from Enterprise for different reasons but it seems as a common practice that they do not deliver the type of vehicle stated. On one occasion we rented an intermediate suv and got a compact and on this occasion we had reserved a premium vehicle and at first were not willing to honor the price on the reservation. In the end and after some arguing they honored the price just dont think it should have taken that. Other than that the vehicles are clean, in good working order, and have some nice fetures.
Long story short, I was tricked to sign for an upgraded vehicle I did not requested. The insurance company was liable to pay for only a base vehicle but somehow when I first got the car, it was just given to me, it was an upgraded vehicle. So I didnt know at that time that was the case; it was until I returned the vehicle, there was some additional charges on the final bill. We kept going back and forth, I let the salesman know there was no way I had requested that vehicle since any additional would be out of pocket, he insisted I selected the car and signed up for it. The fact is I did signed up for it, I wont deny it, but I did so because I ASSUMED I was getting what the insurance was paying for; there was no verbal disclosure of my out of pocket expenses, furthermore, I was in my lunch hour and had to go back to work, of course I did not read all the details, I only remember signing up for the vehicle insurance but that is it. After a lot of calls, even call the 800 numbers, the store manager (I believe his name is Gerry or David), he understood the misunderstanding and issued a reimbursement for the additional charges. Thanks to him I was able to salvage a decent experience from Rent-A-Car. Bottom line, READ EVERYTHING on the contract because they might give you something you did not requested or is not covered by the insurance.

First I’d like to mention that my company is the one that sets up my rentals and they have a corporate account. Before this job I am a frequent renter and have been for several years. I was in Pharr Tx and my company set up a car to be rented in this area. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise due to my temporary license (that was issued to me because of Covid-19) I was denied a rental. I had my hard copy overnighted to me and went back the following day. Worst customer experience ever. I was given what looked like a old crime scene had taken place. This car should not have even been a option. Smh
I am very disappointed in enterprise because they have allowed other people to rent cars in my name without me being present. That is against the law and This has now happened 3 times, and I do not even know the individuals they’re allowing to rent the cars. Someone has gotten a ticket in one of the rentals and of course it came to me, anything can happen while they’re driving these cars illegally and it will fall on me or I have to fight to get it resolved. Such a headache dealing with this and not knowing when it will happen again.
The service was quick, efficient, and courteous. Ashley did a great job in explaining the service contract and made accommodations with vehicle selection since my request was not available. I wish all customer service was like hers. Thanks for the help!
They kept some information regarding my rental’s accidental coverage to charge me more when I returned my vehicle. Rep kept on insinuating that I was lying. He arduosly defended his argument saying that he didnt teach his employees to do that; there for I wasnt being truthful when I told him what was said between the agent and me when I picked up my rental. I also noticed that they require clients to have a mask when going into the building which is good; but maybe it wasnt required for employees to do so, because there was a rep on the counter with her mask underneath her chin the whole time I was there. Very displeased with this location. Please people, avoid at all costs!!
Enterprise never stops amazing me with their wonderful personal service. Went to pick up my vehicle and was in and out in about 15 minutes.
I reserved truck at Edinburg site, but had to drive to Pharr to pick it up. Not cool.
Been renting with Enterprise for years, always the best cars and prices with very few exception. Staff very accommodating and knowledgeable. Thats why I keep coming back.

Employees always greet with a smile and by name. Location is convenient and they offer pick up and drop off within a certain mile range. National at the airport does not offer this. This location can get busy however they do their best to get you out and on the road quickly.
Our CSR was very professional. We were very satisfied. On the other hand. There was a family there dealing with what I would consider a very rude employee. Thank goodness we did not deal with him. 😊

Car want not clean. It gave me impression that it was not sanitized either. A professional lady customer service had it clean and sanitized. I saw and felt the difference. I was concern about the car not being sanitized. 🤧😷🥺😠
A few years back I had made a reservation for a passenger van and when I got there they told me they didn’t have anything and that they couldn’t help
This place was awesome, the staff treated me well and helped me get exactly what I was after. They picked me up from my apartment as well. Most Enterprise rental places have been good but this one stood out to me because they were slightly better.

Great customer service. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I rented a vehicle for a long family roadtrip and received a free upgrade when the vehicle I had chosen had a cracked windshield. The pickup/drop off process is easy and hassle free. They make sure you will be safe on the road!
The poor customer service at this location is the reason for the one star. Its crazy to me that I can get such great service in San Antonio but here you get sarcastic and unhelpful replies from their staff. Having my mother wait at your office until 10am so another can come in is horrible. If she were in San Antonio someone would have gone to another location and gotten her a vehicle. But no in the Valley you make them wait and hopefully a vehicle will come in by 930. Specifically David the person I spoke with, you sir need some training on how to speak with people and how not be a complete jerk.

1st time renting a car,great service. helpful.. lacked fee charge information and breakdown til after the transaction, but that was my fault for not asking before. great car, easy return at the end of the weekend, showed up returned the keys and was emailed my receipt. will use again definitely.

My vehicle was at the SHOP over the New Year weekend and the SHOP provided a rental for me. Service at Enterprise was quick and the rental was clean. When i went to return the vehicle, the gentleman that helped me out was very professional and friendly and they gave me a lift to the SHOP to pick my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this office and rent a vehicle from this office again.
Vanessa Pardos poor customer service is the reason why Im giving this location a one star review. After being told by an agent that I can use my debit card at this location, I was told by her that I could not. I was relying on the information given to me by the agent to get back home, and Vanessa was overjoyed to tell me that she couldnt help me. I asked several questions in regard to my situation, all during which I was cut off mid sentence by her repeatedly telling me that she wasnt going to rent me a car. I had no other way home, she didnt care and spoke to me like I was nothing but an annoyance. I am a CUSTOMER. She is there to serve ME. With a customer service background on my resumé, I can tell you she is the wrong person for the job. Never again will I use enterprise for any services. I had to call corporate to help myself afterword, and their policies as a company are not designed with the customer in mind. Nobody could help me after they made a mistake and ADMITTED it was their fault. I am now stuck with no ride home, six hours away, because of incorrect information given to my by an agent and their insulting employee. NEVER AGAIN.

Ive rented twice within the last 2 months and everything is right on point. It makes everything easier and smoother when you have all the documents prepared. In my opinion making the reservation online is the best option to secure a rental.

They have horrible customer service skills. The one person who begins to help you will not be the same person to finish helping you because they are too concerned about the next person. I got a rental due to a car accident, so on top of all that chaos I’ve also had to deal with rude personnel. Got a car that was rented out for about a week, then was quickly brushed off, and not properly cleaned, there was food stuck to the doors, and to the center council which was beyond nasty and to top it off had 10miles to empty, when I brought it to their attention I was it wasn’t their problem any more. I’m beyond disappointed, I will no longer do business with this location and possibly this company ever again.

I took a friend earlier cause her car had gave out and she was going to rent a car from here and pretty much profiled her and judged her based off looks and told her there wasnt no cars available. Plenty of cars on the lot. Wouldnt recommend this place at all. Mcallen offered better services

Staff is very friendly, Im rented from there quite a bit. Sometimes people have to be patient because there may only be 2 in staff at any given point. Ive had to wait longer than anticipated at times to get my cars but at the same time you can tell these associates are working very hard and at no time do they look like theyre slacking off one bit. Ive been very happy with the car selection and the staff is not as pushy as other enterprise locations to sell you their insurance products or other upsell services. I will continue renting from there for as long as I need to.
I have been renting for about 4 month due to me having to go San Antonio for medical reason but seems that for the past two rentals either the car is having problems or its dirty of course I go back and get a clean car but the car should already be clean 😔

Horrible experience. Enterprise policies dont help the customers at all. And to top it all off we picked up the van with a quarter of the tank filled with gas and we returned it the same way and they still charged us for gas because their employee inputted it incorrectly when car was picked up and they wouldnt reimburse us even though we had receipts showing we filled up with gas in the same city we picked it up. Would not reccomend to rent from enterprise at all.

The car was clean in the inside and ran smooth but looked in the engine and there was dry mud everywhere and there was no coolant or water for the windshield wippers. Other then that everything worked out great loved the car and would recommend people to go to pharr enterprise to get a car for there vacation. Thank you
I just turned in the rental vehicle in and surprise they are no longer offering dropoff service,but they are willing to help the people out that are renting a vehicle,and i dont have a ride to the dealership to pick up my vehicle.I write this review as i walk my way to the dealership.

Very poor customer service, pregnant girl curly hair always has hair on a bun dark skin seemed frustrated and had an attitude. I felt sorry for her because it seemed she hated her job, maybe she need to take time off. She was rude annoyed when I asked how much longer it would be for vehicle to be ready and cleaned, even though I had reserved a week ahead. Finally she was able to bring car around and literally placed the cc receipt on the passenger seat without a word said. I was baffled, I will not have her assist me again if I ever return to Enterprise Pharr location.
This is the second time Ive reserved a car online, and they dont have that car ready. O dont see the purpose in reserving a certain car if they arent going to have it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful once They got to helping me after about 20 min after hearing someone complain and complain. I had west ? Help me and he was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I originally only reserved the car for 2 days but since in Houston ended up flooding and pretty much no one could leave I had to change my appointment and extend the days for rental which was not good for the pocketbook and not my plan. Once I got back I explained the situation and He then offered to discount me a day since the circumstances where unforeseen and I wasnt too pleased with the vehicle. The take off was terrible. Felt like it was going to turn off. But he mentioned that thats how ford focuses were now because of the type of engine. But overall everything was good! Will definitely use again and refer.

Rented a Premier Suburban, with a bad smell inside, dirty through the outside and with a need of an oil change with less than half a tank of gas. Had to run that Premier through the car wash before heading out of town with the family on an 8 hour drive. 😳
They should explain to the customers that you need a major credit card and explain it more before you get there. Just ruined my trip for this weekend.
This experience was the experience ever. The manager of this facility was very deceitful with regard to his sales tactics in an attempt to maximize his commission or bonus. He refused to transfer my personal insurance policy as coverage for the rental even after consulting with my insurance company. I was bill$20 daily for omit acne coverage that I did subscribe to. Several attempts to Entetprise head office but no one returned my calls Very dissatisfied
Good Service but I left a tumbler in a vehicle that gave me a ride to my auto body shop..... And I called right away but they never found it I was out 15.00 had just bought it
Ive rented from this location various times. Ive noticed theres no system for serving customers in a particular order. It leads to conflict and frustration amongst customers. Employees also ignore the phone ringing. (You need to learn multitask in your line of work) Once it is your turn to receive your rental, things usually go pretty smooth...Just make sure you DONT have to call their location, or else you you might be stuck on the phone for over an hour waiting (with multiple hang ups after your call cannot be transferred message.) Like ME right now! Ha.
