Worst place i have gone to i was charged about 1,000 and they didnt even know what they were doing obviously they changed my water pump my oil pump and all my car needed was an oil sensor 😡😤🤬

This the most horrible place to take your vehicle especially if your a female! Uvalle is so unprofessional and rude!!! They dont do the job right and to top it off they dont honor the warranty they give you! These guys are a joke and do not know what they are doing. They will even tell you to sue them and smirk about it as they are telling you. STAY AWAY THEY SUCK, they dont deserve my 1 star.

AC wasnt cooling rite, stopped by, they werent to busy, they checked it out, recharged the AC SYSTEM, out in less than an hour, very reasonable fee !

Got excellent, fast service here. I only needed my windshield wipers checked out because they werent working and an oil change. I was going to have to leave my car at a Ford dealership for four days over New Years weekend just to get it checked. However, I brought it here and had it done in an hour at a really good price. They didnt even have the part I needed, but drove to purchase it at an auto parts store. Excellent service! And a plus... they come from a family of Veterans! :)

This guy is so awesome. Had to tow my car. He let me borrow his company truck and tow strap to bring it to his shop. Great mechanics in a friendly atmosphere.

I took my car here to get the timing belt fixed and they charged me close to $500 to fix. They gave me a 3 month warranty and 1 month later the timing belt went out again because they didnt change out the water pump. Ive been told by several mechanics it is recommended to change the water pump out when changing the timing belt because there is probability that the timing will go out again. Guess what? Timing belt went out again and they did not honor the 3 month warranty because according to them they did not change that out. Because I wasnt informed that it is recommended I did not know, if not I would of paid $60 extra to fix that as well rather than paying $400 again. Any who it caused further damaged to my vehicle causing the heads to get damaged and now they want to charge me $1000 + to fix it. The mechanics there could not figure out the problem and took my vehicle to another mechanic to find out the issue! Mechanics here do not know what they are doing and getting second opinions from others mechanics, one of the guys Ovalle was taken back when I told him about the other mechanic, he didnt say a word but was shocked to find out I knew. I wouldnt even give this place a star but had to comment. Please keep away from this place especially if your a girl for they like to screw them over.

Worst place ever for any service! They took advantage of my daughter when she took the car in. They took over 2 weeks to fix the cars ac and damaged the steering column, horn, air bag, and will now require another car alignment! Last thing Daniel told me was they will no longer touch my car and to sue him if I wanted. Im very disappointed and upset they would put my daughter in a car that had that much damage and risk her life in the process! NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!

Came in for a break flush. The guys are cool . They knew how to answer honestly about how a break flush is done and why its done. They dont presure you to add services or to use OEM parts. In fact they tell you the best alternatives to privacy parts and work cleanly.You can even watch, but need to stay a safe distance for your safty.Ask all the questions you want. They will be patient with you...

Advance auto parts and AutoZone, they didnt find what they had, this was told to the Car Check Auto Service staff and they even made fun of the computers they used to do the checkup, I was assured that they had capable equipment and specialized computers.They turned around in my vehicle so that I could explain a little better what was happening with it. They assured me that it was not the transmission ...Chrysler Voyager 2000 2.4 4/25/16 - 4/26/16Car Check Auto Service guarantees me:1 They would find the main problem2 Identify the parts necessary for repair3 Dont be guessing to see that he had the vehicle4 A checklist explaining to me what the main problem is and inspecting all the details of the vehicle.I spent half a day to see the progress, they were working on another vehicle, they told me they needed more time, since I really need to know what the vehicle has, I left it another day.The next day they called me to pick up the vehicle:Car Check Auto Service:1 They did not find the main problem2 They did not identify the necessary parts for repair3 they got to be guessing to see that he had the vehicle (Anyone can try to guess ...)4 They did not give me a list with the details, nor any kind of detailed report of what was reviewed or how they did it ... (It had a reversed light cast and not even that found)The only thing they told me was the same thing they told me at Oreilly! Advance auto parts and AutoZone.Maybe it was the computer and maybe the transmission ... being that I had already told you that ...To be better guessing, take your vehicles to read the Tarot cards or the crystal ball!Terrible service, what a shame that people have to find out about this, but I prefer to do it here and in all possible social networks so that the first thing they find on Google about this workshop is my review, so that they can avoid such a bad experience!
