Terrible customer service... They told me to go to thier office in pharr and the lady locked the door in my face because she was going to lunch when i had just spoken to her 5 minutes prior and she told me to go by at that moment, what a waste of gas. I then call to the one in alamo and she tells me to go to her office in alamo, so i leave the pharr office and get there just to greeted by a out to lunch sign because she isnt even there she is out to lunch. What kind of business is this like really why would these to ladys tell me to go just for one to lock the door on my face and the other not to even be there, this was just bad customer service all around
