My agent Denise inside the Clark honda dealership is great and responsive...but no matter how many times I change the deductible to hopefully have the appropriate coverage, it never seems to cover...first the tropical storm didn’t cover my roof now I lost all my food in the Texas freeze and my 1 percent deductible is still 1800.00.......who has more than 1800.00 of food in one freezer/fridge...So disappointed..I hear USAA paid out all their customers at least 500.00 . Boy that would have helped a great deal especially during these difficult times.

This location is the main location so agents are ALWAYS available. We were very much pleased with the agent and service.
