Started car insurance policy with them and paid close to $200 to start the policy. No big deal next month comes along and my monthly payment was $80 I tried to pay and they told me my policy was canceled.... I asked why and they said because I didn’t give the first payment which was very confusing??? They said that the lady who charged me the almost $200 only charged me to start my policy but never the insurance payment?!? Very disappointing that I had to spend so much money on something that I wasn’t covered with. Please explain better next time.

The entire staff made me feel welcomed as soon as I stepped in. I was offered a great policy in respect to my needs and budget. They helped me save money and thoroughly explained what the policy consisted of to make me feel assure of what I was paying for. They answered every single one of my questions and maintain an attentive, positive, friendly attitude throughout the lengthy process. Even stayed past working hours without making me feel rushed! The agents really know what they are doing and how to help you get your moneys worth. They go above and beyond their way to help.
