The company quickly took my call and got me an appointment. The technicians Xavier Rios and Jeremy Garcia were prompt and courteous. They answered my questions without hesitation. I needed my water heater replaced and they explained to me what they would have to do. Their work was nicely done. The new water heater was set in no time and I had hot water again.The next appointment was to install a breaker within eyesight of the water heater (so it could be up to code). The technician Pedro Lerma did a swell job and had it installed in no time. He was very courteous and showed me how the new breaker would work.

Mikes team who helped with the replacement of a water heater were all great, from Leslie who took my calls to Xavier and Steven. They were very professional yet nice and friendly.Xavier went out of his way to be very helpful and Steven seemed the same when he arrived to assist. And this was all on a Saturday! I would be happy to have their services any time.

We have never used a plumber in the RGV before, and needed one quick. I went to Google and chose them because of their excellent reviews, and now that I have experienced their service it is easy to see why they have so many excellent reviews. I called this morning, they were here early this afternoon. Communication was excellent with regards to when they would be here and who would be here. I appreciated that I was told up front about fees and charges, which ended up being less than they estimated. Rodrigo diagnosed the problem immediately, told me what the problem was and how to fix it, had everything they needed to repair it, and were quick, clean, and efficient. I especially loved that I was told they would be masked, gloved, and wear booties while in my house, which they were the entire time. They even said my cat was handsome (he is) who stared them down and supervised the process, and didnt mind ignoring my barking dog gated on the other side of the house when it got too hot for him to be outside anymore. 10/10 highly recommend. Hope we dont need a plumber again, but realistically we will, and we will call them again.

Electric water heater was leaking so I compared two chain DIY stores - way expensive. I called Mikes b/c I have a membership there and they were able to send Rodrigo and Mario out within a couple of hours. Price was much more reasonable and Rodrigos expertise and knowledge was priceless! He is great and its wonderful that hes training the newer staff. New water heater is installed and the kids will never know anything happened at all. This is my 2nd big purchase with Mikes and Im probably going to get a water softener through them also. We have been using Mikes for a long time and appreciate their quick response to our plumbing needs. We were surprised and disappointed, however, that the water heater they sold us less than 4 years ago was leaking and needed to be replaced. Glad it was still under warranty, but the labor charges were nearly as much as the original cost of the water heater with installation. Not sure how I feel about having the very same water heater model installed again, but we appreciate the excellent service and professionalism of the staff, especially during Covid.

Rodrigo from Mike’s plumbing took care of two issues I was having with my toilet. He took the time to explain what was wrong and quickly fixed a leak and a toilet that wasn’t level. Prices were reasonable and I will use them again in the future.

Im not 100% sure my wife was informed. But heads up, the $35 they quote you for visit/evaluation is to show up at the door. After that, you have to pay additional for what they check out. So we started $110, and then fixing the water pipe was an additional $260 or $240. I love their service and employees, but I wonder about how much they tell you about the total cost😳Somewhat disappointed in Mikess Plumbing right now.

I hired mighty Mike to repair/replace some of the faucets plumbing ducts that were already rusted and leaking on both bathrooms and kitchen. In my opinion the almost $1000 they charged me was an ridiculous and insane amount. The technition Kris Jr. didnt do a good job because afterwards the faucets were still leaking. I called mighty Mike for the second time and they send Rodrigo Rivera to fixed the problem. Rodrigo was exceptional and went above service to make my experience worthwhile. I will recommend this technician to all my friends and family because he not just fixed the problem but gave me pice of mind and make me feel my plumbing issues were on good professional hands. I had a lot of work for Mike to do. He replaced a kitchen faucet, 2 bathroom faucets, and a tub faucet which was leaking. Also, most of these fixtures were corroded with city water calcium. The fellas came out and actually listened to what I said the problem was. They went checked it out confirmed that it what I said it was and fixed it. They didn’t try and upsell me anything or try and find any non issue problems. They showed up with mask and booties on and tried to keep the noise down to a minimum because my kid was sleeping. Rodrigo Rivera did an excellent job installing a new bathtub faucet, downspout, and showerhead. I had accidentally destroyed the copper pipe attached to the old downspout, which had a broken diverter and needed to be replaced. Rodrigo noted that in addition to replacing the copper line that Id twisted off, the main valve that controlled water flow to the tub and shower was corroded (and probably original to the house, i.e. 21 years old) and needed replacement. He replaced the main valve, copper tubing, and all the fixtures. He was courteous and professional from start to finish. He did a great job cleaning up the area before he departed. This was my first experience with Mighty Mikes and I can see why they have such great reviews. They will be my go-to plumber and I recommend them highly!

I am a repeat customer. Mike’s always does quality work and gives a quick response. The back flow from my sprinkler system froze during the Texas winter storm and had to be replaced and have an annual inspection done. My technician, Michael Gonzales, did a fantastic job!

The cold weather was not good to us. We had an outdoor back flow valve break. We always call Mikes Plumbing because they are super professional and they sent someone out the day we called and had our valve fixed shortly after. They are very reliable, professional and do great quality work.

They identified the problem: a blocked dryer vent, provided a quote and replaced the vent.

They charge $ 2,000 to inspect damage after lightning storm hit house, to this day we’re still dealing with Flickering lights, and no Connectivity in rooms where there is no light, they were also responsable for the reinstallation of a steam unit, that is not working!

I appreciate the customer service was professional and their electrical technician Jose veryfriendly and explain what was going on with our electric wiring work. Overall experience, we love it and we get 1 year guarantee on pairs and Labor..

Mr. Rios, a plumber from Mike’s, was on time and very professional and courteous. He explained the issues clearly and with compassion after thoroughly examining the home and pipes. We have no hot water in the kitchen, a leaking ice maker and other various plumbing problems plaguing the house (renovations are finished but clearly, some things weren’t done properly). Mike’s home shield seems like a good deal. Mr. Rios gave us the plan on how to attack the problems and we are finally hopeful about our plumbing! Would recommend highly.

Chris did a great job and telling us what the problem was assessing the problem and taking care of the problem quickly I was very courteous. However we realized a few days later that the company had charged us twice when we had to confront them about it. They didn’t even bother to say anything themselves that we were charged twice.
