Empire Home Solutions did a great job on our home exterior. They replaced our roof, gutters and repaired some siding and repainted the entire house. All the work crews were professional and did a great job and did their work on time. Jennifer was very professional and helped us through the whole process. She was actually present during the work to ensure everything was good. I would highly recommend this company!

NO SHOW.Made an appointment with Jennifer for 3/11/2021 for a repair estimate on the ceiling panels on my back porch after our pipes froze and broke with the Austin freeze in February. She gave me a window of 8am - 12n. She still wasnt here at 1:07 pm so I called to find out the status. The Call went straight to VM so I left a message with an inquiry referencing the 8 - 12n window for the appointment. It is now 5:30pm and still no call back, not even to offer an apology. This business showed its true colors. I have them blacklisted since I want to make sure I never ever make the mistake of considering this business again for any future jobs.

This company is excellent! Jennifers knowledge, attention to detail, and experienced craftspeople resulted in a great project. In addition to the bid specifications, she also gave a complimentary garage door painting and pressure cleaned our driveway. This is the first company Ive seen that uses a magnetic sweeper to catch stray nails and metal objects!

I can strongly recommend this company. I had all the fascia around the house replaced and the house painted and gutters added. Jennifer was on site every day the crew was here to make sure things were done and stayed in touch with updates. They finished the job in 3 days. My house looks so much better.

My initial requirement was less than what the project ended up being but Jennifer listened to my idea. With the suggestions and variations in the cost provided by Jennifer it was clear long term I was better following her recommendation.The crews arrived each day on time and their attention to detail was the best I have seen compared to previous contractors that I have used. Either Jennifer or Gentry showed up daily. They introduced us to the crews, checked that the materials were delivered on time, and made sure the worksite was cleaned up at the end of each day. The work was done well and in a timely manner.I feel a sense of comfort knowing Empire Home Solutions strives to understand the consumer and works to meet or exceed expectations. Empire Home Solutions is a company that I will use again and certainly would recommend.

We used Jennifer and Empire Home Solutions to replace our fascia, soffit, roof, gutters, and downspouts. All newly installed fascia, soffit, trim, and existing siding was also painted as well. We had a great experience with Jennifer and her work crews. The entire experience from the bid process, to getting the work work completed went very well. There was excellent communication between all parties during the entire project. We would definitely use EHSs again for any other household renovations.
