If you’re looking for stunning views and a great experience, this is definitely for you! Glen and the copilot, Cody, were amazing at making us feel welcome, comfortable and ready for a lifetime experience. My boyfriend and I went as a celebration of his birthday and took the 7:30-8:30 flight. We got to experience sunset and night views. The tour was also informative and breathtaking. Would definitely do it again in a heart beat.

This was a very very cool life experience for sure. I surprised my wife on this helicopter ride for her birthday and she enjoyed just to do something different that we havent done!! The owner Kenny was great from start to finish. We took the downtown ride package which wasa good one to take. The pilot Casey I believe his name was great and very good with explaining everything we was seeing and all of sites from up above. Kenny the owner is pilot as well but wasnt flying that day the owner, this was good way to spend time about 1000 feet in the air seeing the Austin skyline even if you have lived in Austin for years. I would highly recommend doing one these tours just for the experience of it. I did this back on 6/26 just havent had time to do a review on this until now. I feel this is the best helicopter tour spot all of Austin I did look into other spots of Austin I like ATX Heli Tours website easy to read and understand what package you are buying all in all a good place to try and adventure if you get a chance.

The 30 minute Austin and Lake Travis tour was amazing. Cody was a great pilot, and pointed out all the highlights and points of interest along our flight. 10/10 would recommend for a birthday or other special event!

A small own business that offers a tour of downtown. They have a reasonable price that is good for a couples trip. I personally would recommend a night flight in order for you to admire the lights down below. The flight is about 20 minutes in which you get a glimpse of downtown. The headphones do sometimes make It hard to hear each other but overall not bad. The only thing is that 20 minutes goes by so fast you wish you was there longer because you’re enjoying It.

Took a Sunset flight over Austin recently with ATX Heli tours. Kenny was our pilot. I was a little nervous having never been in a helicopter. Kenny made it fun, I felt very safe, the views were stunning and Kenny was super informative. Glen answered all my questions leading up to our flight I had and made accommodations for our special flight. I would recommend ATX Heli Tours to anyone wanting a unique and special view of Austin!

Kenny was a great pilot. He was accommodating for route changes and was eager to answer any questions we had. Though he expected the ride to be bumpy, we never really felt much. We really enjoyed the flight and think it was well worth the $$$.

Our pilot, Kenny, was awesome. We were worried about the day being cloudy, but it turned out perfect. The ride was smooth. We got to see a large part of the city. Kenny was the perfect guide: thoughtful, knowledgeable, and humorous. I got some great photos of the Pennybacker bridge, the Capital, and downtown.

Amazing experience! I booked Heli Tours for my boyfriends 30th birthday and was blown away. From the customer service to the actual flight itself everything was perfect. We got to see all around Austin and learn about buildings we didn’t even know where there. Fun, exciting experience, highly recommended!

Staff was very professional and responsive even when we had to reschedule due to the freeze. Kenny was even able to accommodate us soon after and even when we were running behind stuck in traffic and made us feel like we got way more than what we paid for by his professionalism and hospitality. Google maps led to a dead end), and he was so patient and courteous, as he accommodated our tardiness. He pointed out several landmarks in Austin, and narrated through the tour, so we had some idea where we were.Great music. Surprisingly air conditioned. This was a great birthday experience! Glenn was very responsive to messages both before/after the tour and easily accommodated a change in date due to pending rain/storms. We were shuttled from the lobby to the copter and then again back to our car afterwards. The ride itself was smooth and safe. We booked the 1 hour City & Lake Travis tour, which also flies over Circuit of the Americas. It was an awesome flight! The pilot was very helpful and professional too. My bride, who normally has fear of heights, was completely at ease and relaxed because the pilot flew at modest altitudes of 1500-2000 feet and didnt make any crazy manuevers. You will arrive at Austin Executive Airport and wait in the lobby, then the pilot will come pick you up and take you to the helicopter. After a photo op (hell take pictures for you), youll be in the air in short order and enjoying spectacular views of Austin and Lake Travis. The pilot will even play your favority music on Spotify. Remember to bring your cameras! #Awesome

Booked a flight in early 2021. The staff quickly answered all my questions. We arrived at the airport and were met with a courtesy shuttle right to the helipad. It was the perfect birthday surprise for my fiance.My only complaint is that I booked a sunset ride and took off too early to actually get to see the sunset.

I took my 5 year old son up on 12/6/20 as an early Christmas present and he absolutely loved it. We had so much fun! The staff was extremely helpful and our pilot Kenny was very nice and personable despite all the radio calls he was making in between conversations. Morgan was also a delight. We had so much fun and want to go up again in the near future.

It was a great experience, it was so professional and they were so patient with me because I got lost, but they give me directions and wait for me into my arrival, me and my husband love it 😊

We went flying today!I booked a surprise tour for my Mom for her birthday. It was such a fun experience with breathtaking views!The staff is so friendly and professional.They were thoughtful enough to offer an option to take our trip a couple days earlier on account of upcoming heavy rain forecasts which will most likely interfere with our original plans.Awesome views, great customer service, smooth flight with a clearly experienced (and fun) pilot, great memories....we will be back, for a longer flight next time.

ATX Heli Tours is a must do whether you live in the Austin area or just in town for a visit. The guys are top notch professionals who made the onboarding experience easy and smooth. The ride itself was absolutely amazing! We went up at 6pm so just caught the end of the sunset but did not have the sun in our eyes and got to enjoy the amazing Austin skyline at night. Glen was an awesome pilot and made sure that we were comfortable and having a great time. Drew, our pilot, super kind, very informative about the tour as well, he explained where we were as we were flying. Drew from ATX Heli tours helped me out with my proposal which was so beautiful, he video taped and took many pictures for us, facilitated the helicopter for a great view during my special moment. Bought my family a tour to go on a helicopter ride and so glad I chose ATX. The best 20 minutes of my life! -- the words of my 13 year old as she stepped off the helicopter. And this is a child who has already had many adventures. But, the care and professionalism of Kenny and the rest of the team were amazing. These are kind people who want to provide customers with the best possible experience.

This was so worth the money! I would go during the day but that’s my opinion. But I went for my boyfriends birthday and it was great! The tour guy himself was making sure we knew what was going on and let us know whenever it would be bumpy.
