I have been going to the Legacy Gold’s Gym (151) and swimming laps here since most the indoor pools have been closed. This is my 4th time here and the pool is consistently clean. Today I had the pleasure of finding out why. Because Commercial Swim maintains them. Special thank you to Mr. Michael for so polite and courteous while I was swimming when he had a job to do.

I was fortunate to come across Commercial Swim Management after the big 2021 freeze. I lost my pool heater to the freeze and they had one in stock. Even with their busy schedule post-freeze, they were able to get me on their schedule just one week after I placed my order. Their crew showed up first thing in the morning, wore their masks, and did a quick and efficient job in replacing the heater. Everyone I spoke to from the sales people to the techs/installers were very courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Commercial Swim Management.

This company is completely unreliable. We had them come out to assess a crack at our pool in November. They provided us a quote ($20k) and a timeframe for a repair. They gave us start dates for the project and then never showed up. We have called for the last 3 1/2 months to try to get on their schedule. No one ever calls back- even the management. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration - go somewhere else!

Fast service, even after a storm where a lot of customers were calling. They were quick, reasonable and communicated throughout the process. Definitely going to be our pool repair company of choice moving forward.

We had a tragic situation and wanted a pool fence up ASAP. Commercial Swim came out and were very sensitive in their communication and quick in their turn around. They were very professional and i have had them come back out to install more fence. I highly recommend them!
