Greg Jones and his team (three other guys) did a great job with our move. They showed up about 45 minutes late (worker shortage & traffic) but got right to work amd didn’t waste any time packing and loading furniture / boxes from our old house. On to the storage unit…again very efficient.Took about 3-4 hours to unload two trucks and set up in the new house. All-in about 9 hours worth of work by this crew.The guys were very respectful and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend Greg and his crew to friends or family.Thank you!Dale Hefner

Hired All My Sons for our move last minute, they were able to schedule us without any issues and were upfront with their pricing. Randy and Co arrived promptly at the chosen time and called 30minutes before hand to make sure we were ready. From the moment they arrived they worked to get the house cleared and us moved as quickly as possible. Randy continuously communicated clearly with us during the day and updated us with how far along they were and how long they would be. At our new home they unpacked quickly and everything was placed where we wanted, again Randy and the crew communicated clearly with us in order to ensure we were happy. After many bad experiences with movers in the last it was nice to see a crew take pride in their work.

After using a competitor in the past, I am now and will continue to be an All My Sons customer, 100%! From the first call and quote consultation with Amy to Cody’s customer support during and after the move, I have felt like our family was in great hands. But it was Mike, Edgar, and Austin that really made the move so smooth. Michael Hudson and his team were so professional and courteous. Our move was challenging and they all handled it very well. I would definitely hire them again for a future move. All My Sons is fortunate to have employed them!Be sure to get all the associated costs clearly communicated before you commit. The people that you deal with at the main office are not thorough in that regard, so we were a bit surprised at the final bill due to certain costs that were not revealed when we booked their service. All they told us was $200/hr and the required $100 deposit (to be deducted from the final bills total since it is prepaid).

Our experience with All My Sons was very good. From our first contact with the office to the final piece of furniture placed in the exact place we wanted.We move from Cedar Park to Central Austin.Mike and Kyle, the movers, worked nonstop and coordinated with each other very well. My wife and I appreciated their care with handling our furniture as well as making sure they didn’t hit walls or other pieces. We had several heavy pieces and their experience showed.We recommend All My Sons and will use them again.

Amazing and quick . Very friendly and punctual. I was very surprised on how good they are. The heaviest object I have, weighs about a elephant and a peacock. They carried this beast of a dresser to the third floor of my apartment. They also wrapped my dressers so tight . I knew if the world had flooded nothing will come inside them . That is how secured they were. Good pricing to . You get what you pay for . Remember that. So if you need something moved and your like me ....I got muscles like sponge Bob. Get them they will get the job done and quick to .

He did a great job communicating with me and also had no problems when I asked for items to be in a certain area. Quincy Davis and his team (Jason, Edgar, and Eric) did a fantastic job with our move. We were moving into a storage space and Quincy gave great advice about how best to protect our furniture during storage. Quincy fit our whole house into two trucks and then expertly stacked and organized it all into a storage space the size of a 3-car garage. Absolutely amazing. Great experience. Our last move (with another very cheap moving company) was enough to almost have me swear off moving services. With a toddler in tow, I decided to give it another shot and try out all my sons moving company. The experience was truly great. The crew was quick yet careful. Made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. They were kind and patient. And dang it they did it all in this Texas heat! I am so impressed with All My Sons Moving Today a four man crew came and packed up our 2600 sq ft 5/3.5 in one day! All that’s left is the garage (which is 3/4 full of boxes, bikes, ladders, and golf clubs to name a few things). We have to empty our fridge and box up the cleaning supplies, and that’s it. The efficiency of this crew was unbelievably efficient, kind and professional. Highly recommend Greg and his crew!

All My Sons provided us with a local move. We had used them in the past and had a good experience. As usual we had prompt communication from the operations manager on costs, staffing, and scheduling. Greg Jones and his team arrived on time and promptly got to work. They took care to move our items safely and quickly. If anything needed additional protection they were quick to provide what was needed. And they were careful to not damage our new home during the move. This was our second time to use them and we recommend them highly.

Nicholas Flores and his crew did a great job relocating my husband and I from Killeen to Liberty Hill. They took great care in packing, moving and unpacking our household goods. Crew were nice but management office is not professional.1) made an appointment at 11:00 to avoid traffic, but the crew arrived at 14:00, totally stuck on a road.2) actual moving ended at 18:00 but they got a problem with payment system. it took another 30min to make a payment.3) payment by phone call made at 18:30, but they input the end time as 19:004) 1 hour is extra charged, i spoke with the office manager to get a partial refund. he said yes but they dont refund it.5) made a phone call to solve this issue, but no call back from the manager.

I used all my sons, they were on time (I will give them that) but after that the crew broke a step in my house (that I had to fix), they were supposed to bring 4 TV boxes for my tv’s but didn’t bring any so they just wrapped them in blankets. All of my stuff has been in storage for months, so I noticed one TV was cracked. When I called All my sons, I spoke with Tony, and he was looking for excuses on how it was my fault. Tony said he spoke to one of the movers that day, granted this was well over 7 months ago, and he said they weren’t broken. I can’t even remember what I had for lunch 3 days ago and I’m half that guys age. Tony proceeded to try to find excuses why it was my fault, was extremely rude, even yelled at me. It got to the point where I asked to speak to another manager. I understand that during a move things happen, but it’s usually your reaction and not the action. Tony’s actions were very unprofessional and extremely rude. I will never use this company again. I highly suggest you don’t either!!

Not only do they overcharge for their services, they took payment for my reservation, sent confirmation of the appointment, and waited a full day to notify me (via text!) that they were booked and had no availability for THREE WEEKS AFTER the move date. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY!!!

Moving is so stressful, as we all know. From the moment I called All My Sons, as recommended by Angies List, my mind was instantly at ease. We were connected with a salesman named Matthew, who did a virtual walkthrough in our house to see what we had to move and to give us an estimate. He even gave suggestions about supplies we might want to purchase ourselves to save money. He assured us he was with us along the way for anything we needed or to answer any questions.When moving day came, we had two trucks and four men to do the moving. The two drivers/leaders were Greg and Nick. They are their helpers were outstanding!! No job was too much. They very effectively and efficiently wrapped up all of our belongings in protective coverings. They had some very heavy, awkward pieces to move, but did so with care and seeming ease. The whole time they were so courteous and friendly, but kept their focus on the task at hand.Every single person that I dealt with, whether on the phone, in person, or following up, was top notch, professional and friendly. I would very highly recommend All My Sons to anyone I know! Great job!!

Dealing with customer service after the move and since they have been paid is terrible. They clearly don’t care now that they have their money. This is the second move I’ve made with all my sons and I am so impressed with the way they do business. I had used one of their drivers two years ago and was so impressed that I asked for him by name, Michael Hudson. I told them even if I had to wait until he was available I would do that, but that he’s the one that I wanted for the move. He and his partner Robbie were so respectful and so careful with everything. My entryway was tricky to get around and I have some oversize pieces. I don’t know how they did it, but they didn’t even touch my walls! They never even took a break. They worked straight through until the job was done, so all of the time that was billed was my actual time. Another good thing that I liked was the quote they gave me was a REAL quote.... they didn’t add to it at the end! I highly recommend them!!!

The guys were very courteous and helpful. It’s hard to get people in any service industry, particularly one that is of such a physical nature, who really care about their job and the people they serve. Blue, CJ and Chris moved my belongings to a third floor and didn’t once complain, took great care of my belongings and thoroughly answered any concerns or questions I had. I highly recommend this company because of that and they are also very price competitive. Amy, Cody and Tony were available anytime I had a question and were very amenable to a reschedule due to the recent snow storm in Texas.

If I could give AMS zero stars I would. I was charged more than DOUBLE what I was quoted. I was told I would NOT be charged for travel time (only for time to load and unload) and instead was charged for both in addition to fuel and packing supplies even though everything was already packed!!!! I was charged for time that wasnt used. It doesnt take 7 hours to travel from Houston to Austin and back and the loading and unloading took 3 hours not 4.5. they even forged my signature of the acceptance of payment and terms. When I tried to speak with someone, they hung up on me. The absolute WORST and most UNETHICAL company Ive dealt with. Only use this company if you want to give your money away, have someone falsify documents and accuse you of lying. Ill consider karma restored when they go out of business!!!

Greg and Nick helped me move 2 weekends ago. My move ended up taking a little longer than expected, and these men stayed cheerful and upbeat and never once even mentioned how the extended timeframe was going to affect the rest of their day. They were completely professional the whole time, and still made sure I felt comfortable with everything they were doing - even allowed me to vacuum before taking my vacuum on the truck! Greg and Kenneth knocked out the move in far less time than I expected and saved my wife and I a lot of time, effort and frustration. Going with all my sons was worth every dollar I spent and more. Kenneth, Derrick and Zaviee were so wonderful. Courteous, professional, careful, thoughtful, and just plain nice. Took great care of the belongings . Patient with our 80 parents - which was sweet. On time, hard working crew. Definitely use them again and would recommend them
