At first I was very impressed by their service and I’m still hopeful they are an honest company, but I’m super disappointed in how the service has played out.I had them come to my home to close up any holes in my kitchen cabinets because I was finding mouse poop. They came and attempted to fill the holes but 2months later, I am still having the issue. I called and they said they could come out again and charge me to fix the issue. If you don’t do it right the first time, what makes me trust you to do it right the second?
After several years, my sister and I went with another pest control service for three months and were displeased with their service. We gave it a try on our own but with all the rain, forget it, it was too awful to handle. Massey came to the rescue. I want to thank the techs Robert Herrera and Mark B. for getting us squared away. They were courteous and professional and Robert explained the benefits of the products we are using and how long they will last. He also gave us advice on what to do to prevent termites, etc. I appreciate helpful and friendly people who go above and beyond. Im 100% satisfied and with all this crazy weather, I couldnt ask for more. Thanks, Robert and Mark!!
The sales guy promised me things that cost extra which he didnt say that. No one came the day I was told. The only good experience was Scott the exterminator he was awesome
We just moved in and scheduled for our yard and garage to be treated. Robert and Quinton showed up on time and were very professional. Our neighbors yard is two feet in the front and four feet in the back, so Robert made sure to put down granules that will treat fleas as well. We would recommend Massey services.
The sales guy was very thorough and friendly…Now that they’ve come and sprayed today, there’s white spots all over the bottom of my brand new cabinets. Also under the dish washer it’s in dried white puddles that I can see when I’m standing in the kitchen. Seems like its a messy job. I don’t like that. Hopefully the poison works and gets rid of the pests...

Hi Folks, I had one of the worst experiences dealing with these guys, I am not the type of person to rush to the reviews board if something goes wrong, I usually give the benefit of the doubt and give second chances. This business has defied anything I could imagine, the initial visit never happened, no call no show until I called them to find out what happened. they don’t show up on time, sometimes they would show up without notice, the list goes on and on, extremely poor customer service, i contacted the manager, he apologized and showed up himself a couple of times, promised none of this will happen again, but after that, back to the same thing, so it is within the organization, I truly don’t know how businesses like this survive. Save your self money and frustration and stay away from these guys
My door clearly has a sign saying “NO SOLICITATION”! Please dont come to sell me your services and respect my personal space and property. Next time i get a sales person ringing my doorbell and waking up my 2 week old daughter, ill need to take a more serious approach.

Other than hearing their advertisements, I have never had any prior business with Massey Services. Our visit with our inspector, Will Williams, was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had with a salesmen. He treated us like we were his most important customers at a five star restaurant. Mr. Williams explained everything that Massey was able to do to correct our problems and prevent any from returning. He helped us choose the best services to meet our needs for the best value. He took the time to engage in conversation with my children, something that is hard for me to endure at times. I look forward to many years of service with Massey Services. If the majority of their employees are half as honorable Mr. Williams it will be a great match.
I literally cried when five minutes upon entering our home Will correctly informed me that we have the worst infestation he’d ever seen. Nine months and three exterminators later thank God for Will. How could these other companies have missed what he so clearly was able to see in five minutes? But that’s not all. Will insisted on bringing his manager back the next morning because he wanted another opinion. I ADMIRE a professional who is willing to defer to the expertise of another professional. You see, - he wanted to make as sure as he could that the cheaper solution he was suggesting for us would not be to our detriment later. We’re talking about a savings of potentially many thousands of dollars. Will knew that my fiancé could not possibly afford to tent or heat treat. He promised us that he would walk hand in hand with us on our journey and not let us go until he had done his very best to eradicate our pests. Will’s very best is what my grandmother used to call good old fashioned family service. He is a man of his word and we believe -that under his care and direction that - the highest and best there is to be had will be ours. In essence - although we understand because it was adequately explained to us ahead of time that there is a very small chance this may not work we put all of our apples in his basket anyway. You know why? Because if anyone can do it he can. We trust Massey Services. If they can’t do it it can’t be done. And if it can’t be done then we can rest assured knowing we had the very best care trying from that direction. To be confined to an infested home in the middle of a pandemic has been truly awful. But how lovely it is to feel cared for and to have a solid sense of direction. I wasn’t surprised to learn upon researching it that the corporate office is owned by folks who are founders of several non - profits dedicated to advocacy and help for their fellow men. These are good people all the way up the ladder. Look them up - you’ll see.
This is my second time using Massey services, and I had the pleasure of having Will W. come out, both time and hes awesome! He did a great job explaining the services offered. He is very professional and friendly. He addressed any concerns that I had. I definitely will continue using their services because of the great protection from bugs and rodents and their great representative. Kudos to Will!
We have been a customer of Massey for approx 9 years. The company was originally Green Pest Services. Lately, their customer service has been lacking. They provide service to our residence on a quarterly basis and I rarely call for in-between services. The last 2 times I have called for service, the representative has told me they would call me back. This did not happen. I called for a 2nd time, again was told they would call me back, and again this did not happen. Not sure why we are paying for service that we are not receiving.Update: General Manager called to apologize for the lack of communication and made a trip to my house to resolve our issue. Will and Michael are AWESOME they came to my store and helped me find the services that will fit my store perfectly! We also met with their GM Brent who helped us with pricing everything out to fit our budget. Some of the best salesmen Ive ever dealt with. Every time they come they are always leaving my coworkers and i smiling, they are very pleasant to have around. They work very efficiently and if they say they will be coming... they WILL be here, not like some other places where you always have to get rescheduled or not show up without an explanation. I had Will from Massey out to give me some information regarding termites and he was AMAZING!!! He was very honest and gave me lots of great information! I cant say enough good things about him.
They dont seem to know how to do their job. Our apartments switched to them over a month ago and now the whole complex is complaining of infestation. They came and gave our home a flea and roach treatment and yet we still have both a month later.
We hired this company to help keep the pest away. We were met by Michael,then met with GM Brent.They have went over the top with Customer service. We manage a Storage Facility,so ti is very important to be covered.Then Will came along to ride with Michael.They have stopped in several times to check on us.They are 2 of the best sales men that I have came across in a long time. And of course they have wonderful Angie that runs the office.She was a great help.

Leonel was out today and very thorough in his work as well as detailed in the comments he provided. We always appreciate the courtesy call the day before coming out. Lied about servicing our home. Luckily we have security cameras and we saw that the technician never got out of his car despite attempting to charge us for pest services. Not only that, but they told us we had mice in our home. Come to find out the droppings they found were actually gecko droppings. Do yourself a favor and hire an honest, professional, knowledgeable company.
The technician was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job getting rid of fire ants in the yard not to mention the spiders.
