Not bad...but over-Priced.

Pizza was soggy. crust tasted a little frozen and the cheesy bread was over cooked and not even cheesy..

Normally I dont have a problem with Mr gattis however last night I ordered a pizza 3.15.21 and the order was wrong. I called to the store up on receiving the pizza and they were closed I tried calling back this morning and no one answered. Up on delivery of the pizza it was cold on top of it not being correct. Thoroughly disappointed.

My favorite of all pizza chains ever. Recently ordered and the cheese sticks were perfection and the original crust pizza and pepperoni rolls were delicious. Missed you gattis, glad to be in your area again, you do not disappoint!

Pizza tastes great and is fresh. My only complaint is that whenever I order thin crust the crust still seems to me more regular. Thin needs to be really thin.

I dont know if this location is under new management or has a new manager in general, but I cannot believe the trash customer service! I placed an order and paid over the phone, also tipped over the phone for my parents was then told that they received a phone call stating that their pizza was delivered. Since when does Mr. Gattis call and tell you that your pizza was delivered? They said they got a response when they texted the number saying that the pizza was delivered but it was a house phone, so how does that happen? I drove from my house which was 20 minutes away to the location where the manager said he fixed the problem but was completely unapologetic....ridiculous.

Never had my order delivered. I’ve reached out to the store multiple times and was told “if it’s not here it’s out for delivery”. On the final call I was informed that they have no way to reach the delivery driver as it’s done through door dash. Absolute terrible experience with 3 hours of mine and my families time wasted.

I honestly I have to say the pizza was phenomenal. Really. Im not sure what I ordered, but it had more ingredients on it than I had seen ever seen. (I was starving though) This was the Grand Ave. store. It had a liiiiil too much red sauce but not enough to take star away.

I love this pizza but the service is not so great. They never answer the phone, and today Ive been first in line for the nextrepresentative to answer. Ive been on hold for 17 minutes. This is ridiculous! Even when I place an order for pick up its always at least a 1 hour and 30 minute wait! For pick up????? Really….

Two hours and still waiting on delivery and I agree with other posters, they NEVER answer their phone.UPDATE: Pizza arrived 2:20 after order, Hot, Fresh and Delicious... so, you gotta decide if its worth the wait.

You guys NEVER answer your phones!! How do you even function this way?? I grew up on Gattis pizza and I absolutely love it.However, now that I have moved literally 1.3 miles from you I can’t even place an order for pick up.Tried calling other locations to pick up from and they all refused which is insane to me.I was forced to order online.... and guess whatThe delivery time was 1 hour 45 minutes. Umm hello.. I am literally down the street.You guys need to get it together!

Decent pizza. The tomato sauce on top of the pizza is very yummy, but the pizza itself gets soggy in the middle. An okay pizza overall.

I placed my order for pizza, ranch and salad only to be told they didnt have salad yet. The total was $35.88 and Mr.Gattis charged my card for $43.06. I get fast food runs out of things but over charging is not cool at all. Never again!!

Pizza was cold as heck .... I don’t know why they delivred through door dash... when my order got to me my pizza was all messed up, cold... it’s a shame man because I actually used to work their & I know marks standards, & I know for sure they’re not being met...

The Best Pizza in town

Very bad pizza. It legitimately smells like vomit. Poor quality ingredients. Got my online order confirmation 2 hours after I ordered. I had to call in to make sure they had proof that I ordered. Not worth the hassle.

I’m from the Northeast where we have GOOD pizza, so maybe all the good reviews have never had real pizza because the pizza and wings I got were LITERALLY microwaved. Almost inedible. Really disappointed I can’t find good pizza down here.

This place has gone downhill. Took 5 tries before anyone would even pick up the phone. Placed an order for a pepperoni pizza told 25mins. Get there to pick up and told will be 30mins. I asked how come it wasnt ready since I called it in or least someone to call me and say not to head over. The response was Fridays are busy. I grew up Mr Gattis and I dont know how they can stay in biz operating the way they do. The sad part is I prefer their pizza over others but tend to go to others bc theres always an issue with Mr Gattis.

Ive rediscovered the goodness of Mr Gattis!

Gattis has been a favorite since they were called The Pizza Place. However things have gone way down hill. They used to have top notch quality, within the scope of their recipes, but they have lost their touch. The sampler doesnt taste as good as it used to be, the ranch dressing is no longer the home made recipe they used to have, and they cant get an order right to save their life. I order a sampler with 4x jalapenos, they charge me over $7 for the Jalapenos, and put on only 2 per slice of pizza. They do this every time. If I just order the free Jalapenos, I still get 2 per slice... What am I paying the $7 for?Now suddenly they are cash only, so I have to go to an ATM to buy a pizza, and have loose cash left over that I dont normally carry. So they just keep going down hill.This used to be an Austin original chain that I could depend on for a predictable experience. They had flavors I could count on, I always know what I was going to get when I placed my order... But no more. They no longer hold true to their original flavor, and even if you say I have to adapt to new recipes, what about the lack of quality or attention to detail? Where are my $28 worth of jalapenos for my last 4 orders?What happened to the great subs? And the fresh ingredients? That classic flavor? it has all been lost. The last Gattis buffet restaurant I visited refused to even take my order for a sampler, told me to choose from the buffet, which was worse than horrible. This location was better for a long time, but it has gone down hill as well.Looks like Conans is the only local chain with any quality left... and they are not my favorite... but neither is Gattis any more. Bring back The Pizza Place!!

We only ate their pizza at an event at our apartment complex. It wasnt fresh, but still tasted pretty good. I would eat it again.

Never got to try the pizza because this location does not deliver to my address but when the problem was found and I called to speak to manager Daniel he was kind, patient, and professional. If we ever decide to try this pizza again I will go and pick up from this location. Do NOT order from Grattis Rd location. 2 hours to get your pizza when it is like 3.4 miles from my home. Carmen the assistant manager is super rude and will hang up and have a passive aggressive attitude. 5 stars to Daniel at this location. 0 stars for other location. 3 stars cause Im sad and still wanna try the pizza. :(((

Overpriced, never get your sides that you pay for. Told the pizzas would be ready in 45 minutes and told they were not ready when arrived to pick up and they were sitting there all along after an hour....They send an email confirming order and in the email they ask for your feedback but they really dont want it because they dont answer the phone to hear your comments!

Mr Gattis is the TRUTH

Food swept into a pile on the floor and the only seen employee looked as though they had been in a food fight, and lost. After placing my order I watched that employee get in their phone, walk to a chair, sit down, and talk on it for 6 minutes before getting started on my ready in 5 minutes single pizza order. Pathetic.

I have been a customer of Mr Gattis for over 22 years and the last few times I have ordered from them the pizza has either been heavily overcooked or undercooked to the point its raw and cold. I order a pan pizza usually, I do know that the pan pizza is more rare but this was so rare that it was cold to the touch and it made me sick. Will NEVER go here again.
