Devina is SO kind and such a thoughtful, personally involved owner. She’ll address you by name, welcomes everyone and although I was just there with my husband while he had something notarized she made sure to ask me if I needed anything. She was helping multiple people at once but was still very detail oriented and helpful.

Was going to give an amazing review until I was lied to about a very easy return I was trying to do. The instructions clearly say that UPS will package and send the product the lady at the front forced me to buy a box and then continue to tell me that she process the return until I called back hours later which was lied to again that this was completed when I have done this a million other times and the money goes back into the account around 2 hours after the return is done after calling and asking again if this was actually done and was told again that it was reached out to Amazon who confirmed that they had just did it within 10 minutes so the lady that helped me lied the whole time I dont understand the point of lying to your customers and promising that you did something so simple when you really didnt its just ridiculous

Perfect service. Called to make sure they fax and the girl I spoke to was super nice. I even asked if she would fax it for me because I wasnt sure if I even remembered how to fax. She said of course. Everything went very well. They let me wait to be sure the party received it before I mailed it. The party did then later found an error. I had to walk back in and reopen and resend. They were so sweet about the whole thing. Two of the girls are being trained by another ladyt who multi tasks so perfectly that its amazing. The two new girls areas sweet as they can be. Highly recommend.

Ordered fish through Next-Day Air with a 10:30 a.m. arrival guarantee. Fish were delivered 2.5 hours late and only after trying to contact UPS customer service about the late delivery. I was supposed to receive a call about my shipment which I never did. No compensation was offered despite UPS Next-Day Air service having a time arrival money back guarantee. My fish were shipped healthy in a marked, insulated container with cooling packs. The package stated all over that live animals were in the box and the contents were perishable. Fish were cooked alive due to the failure to deliver on time and contacting anyone about the issue has been near impossible. I have received rare fish and other aquatic animals through UPS for years and this is the first time Ive had an issue. I will no longer be trusting UPS with such important shipments.

Needed a package delivered to my nephew in NY. They were very helpful to. Package too heavy for me to carry (health issues). Politely asked for help and an employee retrieved it from my car. This same employee took care of my shipping needs. She was very professional, knowledgeable but yet understanding. She is an asset to your company/store. 👍

Very unhelpful and mean lady. Want to rip off customers in every way she can. I paid $1000 online shipping fee already and scheduled a pickup online for the next day. I just came here to get some free pouches as supposed to be because they could not manange to print out thermol labels. They had more than 100 puches there but dont want to give 39 of them. Ask me to go different stores to gather them. Lol.Will order more online by myself and avoid this store as far as possible.To be clear, the pouches ARE free. They are the assets of UPS, which is a global enterprise providing professional service for its customers, not some privately-owned local printing shop that can do whatever it wants.I have paper printer at home. I dont need your paper printing service. And I came to the store to get those thermol lables for my already prepaid shipping. Since you are not able to provide that, all I need are some free UPS puches that Im entitled to. You dont want to give to me. Its ok. I got them from another single UPS store from a professional UPS staff.You Should feel lucky you are running a well-known UPS store instead of your own small business, otherwise your unprofessionalism will run you out of business so quickly.

Fast and Friendly, however the printing cost is ridiculously. They would not print out the shipping label and instead charged me $4.95 pc rental to then print out the label for 30 cents. If youre going to rip people off with the pc rental charge, at least include the first ups shipping label printout for free.

This is the second day I have received rude service from the same person. The first day I was told to go to a Whole Foods to return my pkg. I ask if there was a way to return my item at this UPS Store since I returned the first pkg there. She said no. A customer followed me to my car and told me how to return it through that UPS store. The second day I had the same pkg with me. I gave it to the same woman and ask if they laminate cards. She said yes told me to stand in another place when I got to that counter she told the next customer to come up. I ask someone else if I needed to laminate my own card she said no I needed to go back to the same line and they would take care of me. By then there were 10 people in line. Worst service ever!!!

Ok I have never used this UPS store in Pflugerville Texas and Wow I have sent the same item before from a different UPS store same location the same way. Well its not heavy item they charged me more money then the other store but here the kicker I need it ship overnight air the next day it had to be there !! Well when I left the store I didnt see the date of delivery its going to be 3 days later !!!! So I called the store and they explain that I didnt pay for that service !! Really overnight is overnight well I explained to them that a different ups store was $5 cheaper but it was deliver the next morning like what I paid for !! I asked for a reduced rate on there mix up and he refused ! And he would make calls (right just right before closing ) That was a lie ! I see that the label was at 6:45 PM wow when I came into the store its was 12:25 PM ! I went here on Christmas Eve to mail a gift to my parents. The lady was extremely nice on instruction people on where to stand for social distance and organization. She was multitasking and rocking it all with exquisite customer service. I was IMPRESSED to say the least. She helped me pick out the best option for sending and a time and price that for my need. Twice recently the workers at this location were very rude to me. The first time was in the store. I was following their posted directions about 6 ft distancing and a female came to the counter and yelled rudely at me to move closer to make room for others behind me. The second time was on the phone, I asked a simple question and got a rant in return. Had to hold the phone away from my ear it was so loud.

Best in class. The store is very well maintained, the staff is very courteous and helpful. We walked in 30 mins prior to close with a large number of packages (sorry!) and they helped us without any complaint. There was a long line and the staff was very effective at helping us and the other customers at the same time (while maintaining social distancing guidelines). The staff never complained even when there were still people who needed help 30 mins AFTER the store was supposed to have closed, and did their best to expedite the process. The entire experience was fantastic, and we even ended up spending less than we had originally anticipated. We will return!!!

Sent it next day air and it didn’t get there until the week after. I called this store and explained to the owner the situation and she laughed when I told her this mess up prevented me from a job! UPS said they would compensate me for the delays and would send the check to this store. They must have pocketed the check as they claim they never got it.

Fantastic spot for all of your packing and shipping needs. I needed to return old AT&T equipment on AT&Ts dime. Using only the account number provided me by AT&T the very helpful ladies at the UPS Store quickly inventoried my gear, cut a label, issued my receipt of proof of shipping and I was on my way in minutes. Excellent customer service and always a friendly welcome. I highly recommend you use the UPS Store when you need something shipped. 5👍

They tried to charge me $80 to ship and pack a small package of microphones to CA. $100 with insurance. They claimed this was the least expensive they could offer. So I left and went to the UPS store off of I-35 near Hesters crossing. They charged me $48. Fully insured, with secure packaging. Either the Pecan St. location does not know how to price correctly or the store owner is dishonest and overcharging.

Went in to ship a guitar. After she half threw, and half dropped it on the scale (yes, I brought it up), she weighed it, and then went to measure it. The first two dimensions, no problem, the third? Not so much...took three tries. She tells me they dont have a box big enough, and just stared at me. Apparently, not familiar with coriagated technology (ie. Box cutter and tape), she suggests I go to Uhaul for a box. I went to FedEx. You probably should too. At least around here.Edit: If your store is the one next to HEB on Pecan, yep, it was your store.

Incompetent! I dropped a package off as return to sender, refusal and the package returned to my door 3 days later! Now I have to fight with the company I was returning the box to because they didnt received it in time. Thanks a lot! I went to this place for a year while I lived in TX. It was consistently, hands down, the best UPS store I’ve ever experienced . The staff greeted me as I entered, took care of my packages accordingly (mostly Amazon returns/exchanges), and informed me of their products they offered. I’ve never had a better shipping experience than I there. I recently moved and will miss taking my packages to such a friendly helpful place.

I have never had a positive experience at this store. Today was way worse than the other days. I sent my official transcripts to my school a week ago and when my school received it the picture that was attached on the transcript was missing. So, I went there to ask how this happened and the manger yelled at me and said We dont care thats your fault how is that my fault? and shouldnt she be nicer and apologized? I have never seen any manger this rude. The other employee apologized and said sorry for how the manager was acting. The manager is so unprofessional and so rude! This will be my last experience at the ups. Plus, when I mail some thing through them they should be held accountable for it.

------ Update after response from owner, July 24, 2017 ------1. My leaving the store to attend to my business does not imply I had no issues, as I described below.2. I did not rush the employee to perform the binding: she told me the binding would take 15-20 minutes, and I calmly waited for the work to be done. Does my waiting while the job was being done signify that a sub-par work is now acceptable? I do not understand what relationship my waiting at the store has with the quality of the work.I am sorry, but your response to my review was disappointing. Instead of owning the unsatisfactory work, which is the minimum (and most of the times it is enough) a client expects from a service provider, you tried to justify a poor performance through non sequitur.------ End of update July 24, 2017 ------I needed binding service for a 300-page book. Although the employee was helpful made the effort, the binding was sub par. Several pages were misaligned, some were outside of the binding wire, and the employee forgot to include both the front and back covers. The binding wire accommodated all pages, but the issues above ruined the work. As I was in a hurry to mail the document, I let it go, but the correct attitude would be to have the employee redo the work on another set of pages, or at least request refund of the payment.

I have never had a positive experience at this store and that trend continued today. I e-mailed a pair of documents in this morning with clear print instructions and when I arrived, they had lost it. I re-sent to the same address and it magically popped up.I was then told that I would be charged for sending them an email, which was strange, but necessary. Then, nothing printed out properly. Wrong size paper, wrong scale, the side of my document cut off, and not in color.Essentially, they didnt read the email and, even if they did, could not complete a simple print job. I ended up going to Office Depot and got everything I needed in minutes done correctly and for $0.80. I try to shop local, but doing so here wasted my time and almost cost me over 10x the price.

This is by far the most helpful, courteous and efficient UPS Store Ive ever visited. Ive been here twice in the last couple of months and both times I had a wonderful experience. From light, non-intrusive discussion of the day to quick details about a shipment to physically assisting with packing a shipment. I always receive more than I expected. I see theres one older, negative review on Google. Obviously theyve resolved the source of those problems if the incident was indeed true to begin with. Highly recommended.

For the past three days, ups has been supposed to pick up my package. Somehow they havent been able to do so. I have spoken with Customer Care 4 times since Tuesday. According to their supervisor, Tara, they are unable to say whether or not they will send someone out to pick up my package. As a result, I am out $80. I will not use ups for anything in the future!

I made this my dedicated store for package pickup for My UPS. I went to the store to pick up a package. It turns out, UPS had just dropped off a 2nd package there. But, since the employee who waited on me didnt check her computer, I didnt find out until I got home. I came back in the next day and looked for the woman whod waited on me, but she wasnt there. I spoke to that young woman who was there and found out the woman whod given me only 1 of my 2 packages the day before was the store manager. Not surprisingly, the young woman I spoke to was completely uninterested in my problem. She said absolutely nothing when I explained that if someone had just checked, Id have been saved two trips. No response at all. No interest, acknowledgement, apology, or response whatsoever. She just waited until I quit speaking, then turned away. I will not enter that store again for any reason. Ive been happy with the Wells Branch near I-35 location.

I sent my Christmas package off and the customer service agent had told me not to tape my package when I sent it off and said shed do it. However, when my cousin received the package some of the contents were missing. I will NEVER use them again. The missing item was hidden within the contents of the gift. Which means someone opened one if the gifts and took a $40 present from a baby! Im really upset the child was not able to receive her gift I paid for! And the price of $44 to ship! I should have used USPS in the first place. Ive never had a problem with them!

Too expensive! Try the parmer location. Ive found that they are about 50% less for boxes, tape and packing material. Its unfortunate that I now have to drive a couple extra miles but for the better customer service its well worth it. Also, DO NOT USE THEM DURING HOLIDAYS because they will likely increase their charges:( Until the owner learns how to run a decent UPS Store I will not return.

So upset with this store. I dropped off my book rental that was due that exact Friday on June 3 and wasnt scanned until Tuesday the 7th... I arrived when the store opened, and there was a line. The young girl just looked at what I had and said oh thats it? Thanks and took the next customer and placed it down without scanning it. Employees are either intentionally misleading customers about Ups ground delivery times or they are not trained properly. I know for a fact that Pflugerville to Houston ground shipment is 1 day but not guaranteed. They insisted that it would be 3-5 days but not guaranteed. I have used UPS commercially for the past 20 years. I went to another UPS store and they knew it is one day not guaranteed from Pflugerville to Houston.Ground from Pflugerville to Houston is never 3-5 days not guaranteed. It is 1 day not guaranteed. I did not want to pay more for guaranteed 1 day because I didnt need it guaranteed, not because of the price. I didnt like the the employees trying to upgrade me by insisting that ground is 3 to 5 days when it isnt. I chose not to ship at that location because of this.

Stay away from UPS they messed up my shipment instead of returning to sender they tried to auto correct the address which sent my package to some pastors address across town. They opened an investigation I never heard back from them. Luckily the Pastor contacted me and I had to drive to get it.UPS is the worst I agree with everyone on here complaining find another carrier. And to this day I have not heard back from UPS so called investigative branch and that was from March 11, 2017...horrible .

They overcharge for everything. At least double what the UPS website quotes for the exact same measurements. Even caught the lady adding inches to the box by wrapping the tape measure around the side. Screwing customers by over charging and I wont be back.

Overcharging customers for shipping packages! I am a new Pflugerville business & wanted to do my shipping with a Pflugerville business. I measured & weight my package (I build furniture so I know how to use a tape measure). Using the UPS shipping calculator I entered the information & it came to $27.10. Now I did expect the price to be a little higher at the UPS store since they are the middle person. When I went in to ship it the price was $44 & when I asked her how she came up with that she said because of the size, she added inches to length & height. When I said she is measuring wrong to make me pay more her response was It is what it isNeedless to say I left the store & went to the UPS store in Round Rock by Home Depot & what a surprise the measurements they came up with were the same measurements I had & it was only $33.60.I guess I will be taking my business to Round Rock instead of trying to keep it local! I recommend you do the same if you do not want to be taken advantage of.

I have used this store many, many times for my shipping needs. The owner and employees are polite and helpful and get you in and out fast...all things that I cannot get done as well at the post office. We will continue to return!

We had 2 incidents with this UPS Store:1st one happened when we sent a pack of important dock and paid for additional tracking services, signature of the receiver. So it arrived later by 4 days, and more than that they just dropped the pack on the porch, no signature, and envelope looked like somebody stepped on it.2nd incident happened just this week. I needed Apostille so me and my husband walked in and UPS staff confirmed that they do Apostille and ship to the destination country and it will cost approx. $135 for both documents.So today I decided to bring those docs, after commuting from work to home (~1hr) and than from home to the UPS Location (add ~1hr) and bringing those documents...guess what - same lady looks at me and says they do not do Apostille!Never going back to this location - miscommunication, misrepresentation is their key!

Ive been to this UPS store twice and both times Ive had exceptional customer service. If I can come here to avoid the post office I will every time from now on.
