Amending this review because the owner messaged me immediately asking me to call him. He took full responsibility, was so apologetic and very thorough in wanting to know what exactly happened. And, it turned out they DID cancel me when I asked them to, but they did not let me know. They do good credit repair, and Ive used a few different ones over the years. So, while I did get frustrated by the thought that they didnt cancel my account, they actually did good credit repair for me, AND cancelled when I asked them to. And, the owner himself called to remedy the problem. Thats how you do business properly.Strongly advise not using this company. Their work is fine, thats not the problem. You will not be able to cancel your account when you want to. I have sent emails, I have sent discontinue requests through their website, twice. I have called three times. And NOBODY will confirm. Now they are calling me to tell me they have good news and leaving messages in my box on their website.

7 months with program and nothing.not a single point went up,they want you to pay for there 3rd party credit monitoring,I have the same scores on CK then for you to cancel is 50 dollars waste of time all money I spent on them could have helped me buy just paying off what I owe!

INCREDIBLE TEAM! I have suffered a major setback with my credit lately and was getting extremely hopeless trying to figure out a solution. In specific there has been one very difficult account to deal with. I found TBCR online and gave them a call after contacting several companies. Sam, Melissa and the rest of the team communicated with me in an extremely professional and friendly manner. After several months of trying multiple techniques and the credit bureau being very stubborn, finally the TBCR team succeeded in achieving positive results. They went above and beyond, I am extremely happy and satisfied. I highly stress on anyone going through this process to BE PATIENT, this process takes time, unlike what so many other companies promise. My credit score went from 560 up to 705 in the last 2 moths. I highly recommend these guys; worth every dollar I spent them. Cant thank y’all enough!

After one year of work, got no results. Total waste of time and money. First when you call it takes them days to get you signed up, should have been first sign. Second, your score shoots up and if you have any problems they talk to you. When your score shoots back down they repeatedly tell you they will fix where it wrong and they don’t. Then they give you six months free and don’t communicate with you. I cancelled during the free months because nothing was getting done. When I emailed to cancel, I didn’t even get a confirmation of cancellation, my log in was just disabled, very unprofessional. I’ll never recommend this place. Most other reviews are fake!

Hopefully you guys are aware that all of your personal information you give is kept on the Credit Analyst’s personal laptop (which leaves with them every night). All it takes if for their computer to get into the wrong hands and that’s a recipe for disaster. I’m fact my Brother in Law got his information stolen coincidentally 2 days after signing up for the program. Go to a more established/more secure company!

Ive been working with TBCR since May of 2018 and I must say, they are THE BEST. Better than I expected. I was accustomed to living in a credit nightmare or without credit at all. (Which is not easy.) Im from the Midwest and had been living with devastated finances and credit since the financial crash of 2008. I moved to Texas in 2015 with a prepaid debit card, where I had been getting my pay deposited to me for years. I didnt even have a bank account.
