The folks here have been so helpful to us. The “grumpy old men” are some of my favorite Home Depot employees I have ever met. Love y’all be back soon!

They always have everything I need to keep the house in good repair. I prefer the layout of this store compared to the layout of some other home depots that I been to. Plus they have a tool rental department for the odd jobs that my wife has on the honey do list...like a tile cutter and post hole driller

The store itself is okay. My issue was with the tool rental area. I rented a wood chipper in good faith. Mind you, Im not an avid tool user but I follow instructions pretty well. I get it home, unload it, read the instructions, and watch the recommend youtube video. We get it turned on and notice that its kicking back a lot of wood. We inspect it and notice that the dang kickback plate is completely broken off! Im not willing to run the risk of them blaming it on me so we go through the hassel of taking it back. We get there and the guy inspects it, says well get our money back. Then this lady comes running in, saying she had rented a tool for the wrong day and actually needed it for tomorrow. The guy completely forgets about us and starts processing HER refund; meanwhile were just standing there wasting more time waiting. So, for me, customer service sucked and the safety precautions are severely lacking.

Can you say useless! 3 grumpy old men run this operation. I rented a chain saw from here on Father’s Day to cut down some limbs. Upon renting the chainsaw and returning I had to listen to how the world was coming to an end.
