I broke the charging port of my laptop. I work from home and my laptop is essential to my job, so to have it on 13% with no way to charge it was not the way I wanted to start my Monday. My boyfriend referred me to Jason, who had previously fixed his gaming PC. I gave Jason a call with the intent of just having the port fixed. When I brought him the laptop I mentioned that I wasn’t too concerned about anything but the repair, as the laptop was slow and I was already planning to buy a new laptop come Black Friday. Jason told me he would be able to give my laptop a tune up and have it running the way I needed it to without having to drop a bunch of money getting a new one. Jason was able to fix my laptop within the same day and not only does it charge, but it is running faster than it ever has! I cannot tell you how often I wanted to pull my hair out with how slow this laptop was, but this last week of work was SEAMLESS. I didn’t have to worry about switching between tabs with a lag, or long loading times with my email, or opening and jumping between multiple files without the pesky unresponsive message. 10/10 would recommend Jason for your computer repair needs. He is super friendly and provides a quality service at an extremely reasonable price!

My laptop sparked and crackled when i went to plug it in which freaked me out, so i called my out of state brother who is good with computers. He said find a local shop and take it to them versus Best Buy or Dell because it would cost an arm and a leg just to get them to look at it. (which i had already confirmed that by calling them for an initial inquiry into my issue).I am new to Texas so i am not familiar with what is available locally in regard to computer repair, so i got online to see what was available in my area. The reviews for Jasons Computer repair set my mind at ease as a business i could trust.Jason took a look at my laptop and gave a couple scenarios and said he would stay in contact and let me know what he discovered once he opened it up. He was very good about that as well as very reasonable and honest with his pricing. Jason asked how it was running prior to my issue, and i told him it was running slow before my electrifying experience, so he went through it and cleaned it up and sped it up, while he had it. It has never run better! Another feature i like is having him available to help me remotely if i ever have any future issues or questions, which will come in handy for when i move back to Idaho! This guy is awesome! my Toshiba Laptop which was purchased from my grandmother because she installed so much junk and deleted so many drivers this thing was almost junk. TGFJ he brought this laptop back to ship shape with proper drivers to keep this thing running perfectly.

Im an old man (74) who knows very little about anything to do with computers. Im writing a book about my life; and in the midst of doing so a couple of years ago, my computer just quit...cold. Happily, Id been introduced to Jason by a mutual friend, and he was able to completely solve the problems that caused the machine to fail. And, he restored my files and tuned it up (as well as installed a new hard drive) and got me back to work writing. Every now and then, still, I enter something incorrectly, or get hacked and my machine fails to function (due to something Ive done, always) and every time, Jason has rescued me and my computer.He is kind and VERY knowledgeable, and never fails to get my machine working well again.If youve ever wondered what it would be like to have your own personal IT department, just give Jason a call; and youll see exactly what its like. Had an HTPC that was running slow and not booting up, Jason cleaned it, cleaned all old malware off of it, got rid of unexcesart files and even put a link on my desktop so if I was still having issues he could remote in. Had had trouble with my wifi card and he fixed that too! Customer service is second to none. Highly recommend.
