This place only uses quarters to run their machines. Who keeps a bag of quarters? The machines look very worn. I searched for help to ask a question and no one was there. Definitely won’t utilize this facility. You should invest in better machines & going with debit card or wash card options. Coin machines are very much out dated.

This place needs a complete overhaul. Dryers run very hot so keep an eye on your clothes or they will burn. Havent tried the washers there scared to actually. The smell of moldy water here leaves an unsettling assurance that your clothes will get clean. All I can think of is this place may be a cover for some illegal activity the only way I can see this place is still open and running.

Place is dark and dirty. Clothes came out of the dryer with a weird smell. Parking is very small and if you don’t find a spot at the front you’ve to park across the parking on the street it’s hard to access to specially if you are carrying a basket full of clothes. 30 mins in the dryer were 1$ so that’s cheaper than other places but it doesn’t really worth it. It looks like they were doing some repairs so, hopefully they make it better until then is better to take your clothes somewhere else.

More then half the washers are broken. No assistance on site on Saturdays. Expensive. Good location.

Were do I begin.... this place is something else half the washing machines were broken took 3 times to dry my clothes looks nothing like the pic they show in Google maps very dirty I did notice a couple of ppl just wash there stuff and not dry I see why now.... I would recommend going somewhere else to do your laundry

Super dirty and gross, but... good location in Pflugerville and the washer and dryer we used worked!Would be a 1 star rating but since there was good music and our equipment worked, it got a 2 star.

Oh, goodness. Our washer broke. I was hopeful, based off of the reviews, the owners had cleaned up the place. Oh, no. There are no words to describe the place. I am at a loss as to why it looks and smells the way it does. No. Just no. Dont go here.

Go to The Big Clean Laundromat on S Mays RR. It is great. You can use use your own card or coins. It also has bill changers. Worth the drive.

The washers smelled like mildew, there were spills on the floor that had not been cleaned up and the coin machines barely work half the time. I have it been there out of necessity but I would rather go out of my way to a place that works and is clean instead of going to this one simply for convenience.

Stinks badly. Graffiti and a very unsettling smell in the one shared bathroom for men and women. Everything in here is at least 15+ years old. Not cleaned ever it seems. No attendant present whatsoever, even a sign that says no attendants no security please call 911 if something happens... Cameras stick out of holes (literally cut out a hole in the wall)Did I already mention the smell? The change machine only takes ones no larger bills and yep, one doesnt work. Tape on the machines. Some arent plugged in which I wouldnt touch it.Im unhappy, my boyfriend is washing his clothes here and I cant even stomach to be inside.Please close down immediately.

Washing matching was clogged and barely used water clothe came out soapy. Number for help dosnt work. Bathroom has no toilet paper and full of graffiti. Dryers require 50cents not 25cents. Lots of broken machines.

Needs a good cleaning but I like top loading washers 🎉 so its alright with me

Quick and easy. First time using this place, kind of gloomy, could use a clean and sparkle finish to the interior, but the machines work great and there are many of them.

Not clean and clothes had a smell after getting them out the dryer . The dryers and washers needs to be cleaned daily if you want customers . Only 3 laundry baskets for all customers . Not coming back . Go to spin zone

If I really didnt have to wash a dog puke comforter I would of turned and ran. This place is falling apart and very dirty. Homelses sleeping in a dryer and on counters.
