Made reservation day before. Went expecting the worst from the reviews. Check in was fast and easy. Bathrooms were clean. phlebotomist was excellent. 3 persons in line before me. Took a little over 20 min. from check-in to finish. Make sure you have your ID, primary and secondary insurance cards.

I had such a wonderful experience at LabCorp today with nurse Bonnie at 2021 W Pecan St, in Pflugerville . I’ve always been told by other nurses that my veins are very difficult to find to draw blood. So I already had a lot of anxiety going into it. But nurse Bonnie really made me feel comfortable. Really calmed my anxiety. She even demonstrated what she’s looking for when looking for my vein. And got it in the first shot. I really appreciate a good nurses that understand every patients experience should be a a wonderful one. To nurse Bonnie thank you so much. You can really tell when someone does a job because it’s what they love to do versus people who do it for a paycheck.

Lady was not being private at all....while the door was open she asked me what I can’t for!!! Um no ma’am. I pretended I didn’t hear her and waited til she closed the door.

The technician was very rude. The bathroom was dirty which means they are not cleaning after use. Thats is very unsanitary. Considering everything going on with COVID you would think the would be more careful.

When i got here there was one person in front of me and the door was open. I checked in at kiosk. About 15 min later a walgreens worker comes up to me and says i think you just missed her. She left and locked up and didnt even tell me anything or text me. I was sitting right outside by the pharmacy. Terrible.

Labcorp Had a Beautiful Black Woman (inside & out)Helping Me today! I expressed my fear of needles and she talk me through it and was very professional the entire time. 🙌🏾❤

The woman is rude closed early doesn’t want to do her job. Absolutely 0 class. Before it was my turn she was rude to 2 elderly people who didn’t understand the check in system.

Tech couldn’t find my order (confirmed sent with my doctor’s office) in a stack of unalphabetized faxed orders she plucked from one folder in a filing cabinet. I’m certain my order was in the cabinet somewhere, but she lazily looked through one stack once and gave up. I still need my labwork done, but have zero faith in this location. A waste of time!

They don’t run on time-your appointment means nothing. Their check in kiosks are non-functional.
