I decided to give these guys a shot because I needed a new place for routine vehicle maintenance because the one I used to use has a new owner, and new ridiculously high prices. I took my book with me unsure of how long it would take. I could have left my book at home 😂. The price was fair and they were done so fast that I didn’t even have a chance to finish scheduling an appointment for my daughter online. Great service and friendly, helpful staff. We took one car in for state inspection on a Friday, and were treated very efficiently and professionally by a friendly guy. Got it done quickly and he quoted an oil change price. The next day I got my new wiper blades for our other car in, put them on, and called about 4:20 to ask if they could do my inspection. They told me they were closing at 5, but if I came on in they’d take care of me. Arrived at 4:40. They were caught up and had several guys pretty much ready to go home. I asked if it might be possible to get an oil change as well, not expecting them to really want to rush at that time of the day. They said “sure”, and team tagged my inspection and oil change like Bobby Unser’s pit crew, and I was driving home by 4:50! Ten minutes for oil change AND inspection! And they seemed HAPPY TO DO IT. Totally impressed and thoroughly satisfied. - - and I don’t say that often. Highly recommend these folks to take care of your wheels. I will be returning in the future. Thanks!

Just moved from out of state and had to have both our cars inspected. No appointment needed and process was quick and painless. While inside, a glass repair employee called us over to show us a huge stone chip on my wifes windshield that we hadnt seen. Had the chip repaired in an extra 10 minutes with paperwork to get reimbursed from insurance. Thats how you get repeat business. :-)

I have been going to Pflast Lube in Pflugerville for years. When I drive up I am immediately greeted and shown where to park my car. They have done all the service work on both my van and sedan. I am treated like a special customer every time I drive up. There is absolutely nothing I could suggest to improve their service. They are top notch and friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I recommend Pfast Lube to all my friends and family and I very highly recommend them to anyone else!

I have not used all of the services that they offer, but that is because I am in the same trade. However, I do not do state inspections, so I have to seek that service elsewhere. I stopped in at the Pfast Lube one day because the place I was going to was out of stickers and they were just down the street. I was very pleased with their inspection service. I was greeted at my car before I had even come to a stop and was asked what can we do for you today and they went to work right away and had me in and out in around 15 minutes. Even when they are very busy with a line of cars waiting to be inspected the level of service never changes and I get a lot of inspections done. The crew that they have their have all been their since I have been using them and are always kind and seem to pride themselves in a good customer experience everytime. If you need an inspection and are looking for a place that will treat you right and get you in and out in a timely manner, then I would recommend Pfast Lube everytime and I am confident that you will receive the same level of service I have received for going on around 7 years now.

Pfast Lube was pfantastic. Went to them just after the freeze and they were one of few automotive places open. It was late afternoon and it was busy. The lines were long. Needed inspection and minor maintenance. A rep was at my door the moment I parked. Expected long wait. I was out of there in less than 40 mins. More people came and they managed the situation like pros. Lived in and around Pflugerville for a while. 1st time ever at PL. Will be coming here from now on

Pfast. Its in their name. Offers the upsell but full synthetic oil change price is fair. Service excellent, business steady.Update: Cheap oil filter leaked, not good. Not recommended. Messed up driveways and parking lots with leak. Ended up replacing oil filter with high quality filter and topping oil back to normal level.

This place is a joke! Today I took in my 2017 Lexus to get it inspected. The inspection failed due to the window tint being too dark. I explained to the guy that its a 2 year old car that passed the state inspection last year. He went on and on about his truck windows and how he once got pulled over by a state trooper. Now his bitterness is costing me more time and money. When I moved to Pf in 2015 I took my 2013 Mercedes to this shop and it failed the state inspection too. Is it me? I think these people like to get over wherever they can. I try to support local small businesses and this is the thanks I get. My fault I guess for not learning the lesson the first time.

Best Service ! I called about 10 minutes before closing. Told them I needed an inspection but I was 20 minutes away or more with traffic. They said come on .I have to say I have been there a handful of times and Everytime I am so glad I went there .They are friendly, knowledgeable, & honest ..I will be returning for all my car service and I will recommend them to friends and family. Honestly they are the first auto care place that I have been satisfied and comfortable with.

I have visited many times with good outcomes until this visit. I took my truck in for an inspection and they backed into another customers car when coming out of building. Both vehicles were damaged. I was asked to get three estimates so they could turn it into their insurance agency. After spending about 6 hours getting estimates ranging from about $1000 to near $1200 and turning them in, the manager told me he would turn in the estimates and probably hear something in a couple of days. I returned to the store to on two days later and was told all my estimates were too high they wanted to use their selected body shop. I had previously got an estimate from this shop the parts estimate was significantly lower, and labor was about three times as much from this shop so I didnt feel comfortable using them. The manager at the store said they had a $2000 insurance deductible said my only option other than letting them have my truck fixed at the shop of their choice was to take $500 to settle or take them to court if I didnt want their shop to fix it, and he offered he was familiar with court and felt in the end he would win. I personally didnt want to go to court to fight over the $500+ difference between my estimates and what they offered to pay. I asked the manager to talk to owner and he said they wouldnt talk to me about the situation. I asked them if they would rather be honest and fair and pay me the difference and they declined. I felt i had no more options, and took their offer of $500 and had to sign a paper I would not take further court action. I thought everyone that uses google should know. You may want to consider your options. I hate it turned out this way because I am one of those people that always tries to do business with local small business when I can.

They are always so friendly here. Never any issues with the service. Now they have a glass guy to help with any problems you may be having with your windshield. Just love this place!

Here for an oil change and car inspection. While car being serviced asked girl behind desk to change the tv to the OU and Texas game and she said no, it stays on current channel. Wtheck. Paused, and asked why, her response, because people wont leave! LolI told her ridiculous, and that im the only one here for service and I have no intentions on staying. What happened to good customer services. Smh
