On a whim, I completed an online form to get a quote for new car insurance. I wasn’t really ‘looking’ I just wanted to compare rates with other companies. After completing the form, I received no real information from any of the companies that promised me a quote.For the first several weeks, I was flooded with calls from robots. After they started to dissipate, I received calls from Rolando from Farmers. He called several times, leaving messages when I couldn’t pick up. I finally called him back and am glad that I did!Talk about hitting the jackpot!Not only has he been a great insurance agent, he’s fun to work with and really does care about my needs. We have worked together on securing a fantastic auto policy that was a lot less expensive than I was paying. Over time we added renters insurance and two life insurance policies.Rolando is not overly pushy like some insurance agents, he listens well and recommends exactly what I needed, nothing more and nothing less.If you are looking for an insurance agent that will work with you and your family, I DEFINITELY recommend him as he is the best I’ve ever worked with over the last 33 years.

Rolando has been a great resource for my family. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and gets it done in a calm collected manner and I trust him with our home, auto, and life insurance. The location is convenient and clean with nice staff. They also have an app for my iPhone which is great as well.There are many insurance companies to pick from, but if you want a one on one service, give Rolando a try. He will meet with you first to understand the need and then map a policy around it. I spoke to this agent and ask him for a insurance quote. To me the difference between a Quote and an estimate is a quote is the price you will pay at the end of the process (or very close) and estimate is a guess that can change wildly. He sent me a estimate and claimed it was a quote. His estimate (that I though was a quote) had me ready to sign on the dotted line. He was able to provide the info on all of the vehicles I owned, so I assumed it was a good quote. I told him let’s do it, and called to set my pervious insurance up to terminate. This is when he informed me that the cost can change depending on what the review brings back. At this point I realize he has no idea the difference between a quote and an estimate. I opted to go to a different agent to finalize my insurance needs. After seeing my review he gave me a call and wanted to talk about it. I thought long and hard about this. I still would not recommend him, but the fact that he would take time out to try and resolve an issue with a unhappy customer speaks volumes about the type of service he must offer. So I would say give him a call. If you get along with him he may be the agent for you.

I had a pleasure to meet Rolando and get to know him personally. He is personable, open, honest and committed to provide best service and best quote as he always has his clients best interest which is why he is so successful. I highly recommend him and his agency to anyone in our community.
