When I went online for a quote, it didn’t seem to really give me any savings, so when I filled out my contact info, I put a fake phone number and then just my email address for a copy of the quote. Crystal emailed me l; I told her exactly what I was looking for, and found out that the rate she made for me was actually better than what I got online. I had some concerns, however, because I read some things online about Farmers using after market parts during a claims repair, which would void my warranty on my brand new vehicle, so I told her my concerns and that I was going to pass. Then she told me that I could actually buy into an option to have guaranteed OEM parts used on my car if I had a claim, and even with that add-on, it was still a better rate. I was paying $34/mo for renters insurance and $215 for car insurance with Stillwater and Geico respectively, and she saved me $45/mo plus I got the promise of OEM parts. That made me feel much more confident in Farmers, and she was so patient with me, so I switched. There was a small start up fee, less than $50, so my first payment was higher than the rest, but I was able to absorb it. My second payment is coming up and there haven’t been any surprises. Everything is exactly the was she set it up and I feel safe if I ever have an accident. I feel like Farmers is more secure than some other companies, and I rest easy at night with my decision. Crystal and team are AMAZING. We had Farmers for years, changed to another company when we moved out of the area and to a new house, but had a horrible experience. Crystal bent over backwards to not only bring us back to Farmers, but did so in a matter of hours! I was so stressed out dealing with this other company, but Crystal and team managed to make us forget that whole ordeal with outstanding customer service. I will recommend them to anyone that will listen!

Worst experience ever as a customer so many Financial mistakes on this offices part that cost me the customer money. In all my years Ive never had this much problem with insurance agent. Again the worst experience ever
