Great guys. Honest service. I have never had trouble with anything I bought here but I have seen Steve go out of his way to make it right for other customers. When you go to pick up items, they will even put them in your vehicle for you.

The person on the phone is very rude. He doesnt want to listen. He doesnt let me ship. I will pay taxes not you. You lost a customer. Idiots

Atx Pflugerville are THE BEST out of ALL the ATX auctions. Steve the owner is committed to exceeding your expectations. They do a great job at describing and usually very accurate ( not like others saying worked when treid etc)But more importantly should you have a real problem they will call you and be fair and balanced. I can’t say enough other than feel safe when you bid her and in the end you will always be pleased with the deals and fairness of his company.Bid with confidence here for sure!!!

Purchased a swing described as “new in damaged box”. Swing was completely unusable with torn rope. Attempted to contact the Waco site with no response. Pflugerville auction has been much better. Would avoid the Waco site.

Great items and awesome prices! Have purchased a number of lots from them. Most recently I got a brand new 8 x 6 shed that was open box. (Box was heavily damaged so price was heavily discounted.) The shed itself is in perfect condition! LOVE LOVE LOVE

I have bought a lot of stuff here... some items I needed. Some i wanted and some i didnt think i would win and did...lol. but i love this aauction. Other locations has item I want but I cant go that far for them.

Great company, great people. I purchased several products via their online auction and all were fantastic. Now, what makes this a great company is they stand behind their listings. One of the items was inadvertently labeled incorrectly and Derek remedied the discrepancy immediately with no questions asked. Couldnt have been happier so bid in confidence readers!

Usually, I can get great deals. This time of year people are way over bidding though. But the staff is always a pleasure to work with.

Really surprised by the lack of any response to four different emails sent regarding receipt of the wrong item. Their warehouse guy made an honest mistake and I did not realize I had received the wrong item until I had made it home — over an hour away. My multiple (very polite) emails about the issue received literally no response. Never had a problem before the last auction. Hope I don’t ever have one again because these guys apparently don’t do customer service.

Bought a Harley-Davidson mini fridge Description said Brand new tested,working, no damage. Fridge over heated good thing I was checking on it and alot of visible damage 65.50 wasted. Feel like I cant trust ATX Auctions.

Bid on what was advertised as a new bike, instead received an open box with missing pieces. The staff was friendly and worked to resolve the issue. Eventually I was refunded for the cost of parts and repairs.Would do business with them again, however Id caution taking for granted new to mean pristine and in the box.

The best way to buy at auction; online!! Online bidding is easy from any locations. Descriptions and photos are spot on including condition. Pick up guys are helpful and friendly.

Im opening a cafe and have bought from several auction and by far ATX has been the best. Chad does business the right way and he will always make things right if theres a discrepancies. I highly recommend these guys if your looking for restaurant equipment.

Fees are too high.

Bought a Milwaukee toolbox which they indicated in the description the items was new without damage . I pay 295.00 plus the 15%. The box was open and inspected by atx because it . took home open it and the toolbox was crushed were you could open the drawer on the left side. waste of F#!#$! money.

Great business model

Very disappointed!! I bought several items on an online auction all items said new in original box and one said new in slightly damaged box! Most of the boxes were pretty tore up and two were pretty much just wrapped around the items but that didn’t bother me too much! Brought the items home and unloaded and the baby crib I bought I started assembling and it’s missing the entire front piece! I also bought two activity tables which were also listed as new in orginal box I opened them and they both had big gouges missing in the wood on top of the tables! Out of 5 items I purchased only one was in new condition!! I understand you take risk buying anything online especially an auction but the items were listed as brand new in orginal box so one would assume they were undamaged and not missing pieces!!

Scam. They held an auction for Willow Bend Academy a year ago and never paid the school.I recently received a phone call from ATX indicating that a check will be mailed. That was the 3rd time in a year that the check is in the mail has been related. Im still waiting for a check.

Spused to be new items. But its used and upused
