We started with this company in mid May and as of June 28th are canceling service. Every week we have to call due to no trash collection. Last week wasnt picked up and was told it wouldnt be picked up until Thursday of this week. So there are two full cans at my driveway and we have no where for remaining trash. Im not sure if they are short staffed but the customer service is awful and trash pickup is never on time. The price is good but unfortunately we will have to pay more in order to have peace of mind. The entire experience with this company has been awful. They should really STOP accepting new clients until they can better serve the clients they have.

Horrible!!! They NEVER come on time to pick up trash. Supposed to be here 5 days ago to pick up my trash and of course they state “we’re running behind schedule” this is an every week thing! Now I have trash piling up outside that animals are getting into. This company is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Use another company if you can.

They dont care what side of the street they drive on and on this particular day they were heading the wrong direction on Tavern Road towards Crater Road and they wouldnt go into the lane they belonged in. Not only did they not attempt to go into their own lane they blasted their horn until I had to pass them when I shouldnt have had to leave my lane of travel because they were going the wrong direction. This is not England

This company is absolutely horrible! Our trash has not been picked up ontime since we started our service with them almost 6 months ago. Everytime we call its were running behind its scheduled to be picked up today...yet today never comes. Ask for a supervisor, they are always off everytime you have a complaint. Stay far away!

Our service is through Petersburg here on Fort Lee and my little guy LOVES you guys. The guys that come through our neighborhood always take the time to say hello and give him a honk. So kind and friendly! Their customer service is top notch! We will miss them when we move.

I needed to rent a roll a way dumpster for a house clean out. Never had needed such a service before but Meridians main office and their territory manager, Cathy Word, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of my questions. Delivery was prompt and placed exactly where we needed it to make loading it easier. Excellent customer service.

I just signed up for service in November and already having tons of issues. They fail to explain any information to you about billing. They saved my card number without my authorization. The trash guys are never consistent with the times and days that they come. Routes changed and I was not properly informed. Ive had to call on many different occasions which is so frustrating. If you are able to be served by another trash company, please do. Dont waste your time here...

I called in wanting to discuss residential and a roll-off and the most kindest person helped me out! She let me know about the prices and the areas they serviced. She did although need to send me to a sales representative to talk to me more about pricing for a roll-off. Great customer service. Thank you Amber!!

Through the footage of my ring doorbell camera, I observed the CFS trash truck servicing my neighborhood. My neighbor across the street did not have her can out so the driver of the truck, Earnest Pettaway, got out of the truck, pulled the can from beside their house, dumped the can, and returned it back beside the house. Great customer service.

The stench is horrendous on certain days. The ordor will even come into my home and I have newer insulated windows. There have been numerous times I have checked around the inside of my home and could not locate the odor. I then open the exterior door only to realize it is the dump. I do not live in a neighborhood that is very close to the dump. The odor carries for miles. It could not be healthy to breathe.

Nice customer service folks, but they make me call them every week because they do not come when they are supposed to do dump our dumpster at work. Sometimes it goes weeks.
