The place looked 100% better than last visit. It was very organized. The customer service was great. The Executive Director was extremely helpful. She is doing a great job with the organization.

The store is looking better but the staff is still unfriendly and unprofessional, still not accepting credit card, not everything is priced or for sale and last few visits saw some stuff priced more then what you pay at the store. Plenty of room for improvement.

Took hubby there because I knew I could find suitable fixtures to use during our renovation project. I can always find great bargains there. Wooden blinds priced over $50 online and in stores for just $25, as well as other items for household usage. Love that there is a Restore here in the local area 😀

1st let me say this location is a scam. The person running this doing so illegally only forms of payment is cash and cash app directly to someones account not habitat. The donations get picked threw the workers before it goes out to the floor. The prices are over the place and you can find things cheaper at other locations and stores. The people lack customer service and are not friendly. I always over hear them talking about other workers in a very nasty unperfessional manner. I recommend this place gets replenished with a new trained professionall crew. When was the last time a house was built?

This store is the best! The prices are affordable! The staff is the best around! Kelly parker goes out of her way to help whoever! And Bill is the hardest worker! And most of all they all have fun while working hard!

Recently, I took my husband and sons to the store in an effort to find an affordable way to fix our house up..First time going to this store and It was a very nice experience.The staff was friendly, their prices for household goods where so affordable. Absolutely a horrible experience. I paid for an item had them hold it for pick up next day and it was resold ??? I was told I couldn’t get a refund just store credit ??? This place is a scam and what about how they accept money cash app??? Idk

1st time shopping at this location and I was not greeted serviced or able to make a purchase because only forms of payment is cash app or cash and I had a credit card. I drove from a far and only to be disappointed and empty handed.

In my opinion the people running this entity is not doing so by the mission of habitat of humanity. When I questioned things I was told this is a franchise things are done differently. Only form of payments are cash and cash app. Customer service last few weeks has been horrible just when I started to feel this place was becoming something it hit me that books might be cooking here.

Our first time here at this particular store. The customer service was very friendly and helpful. Its not very handicap accessible and because they are in a soft opening, they only take cash or cashapp for now. Looking forward to going back again soon. When you upgrade to taking debit and credit cards Ill upgrade your rating🙂 My second visit (9-2-21)and theyre still doing cashapp and the parking still needs work. The items are over priced on most. I was hoping to upgrade the rating, after yesterday, were not coming back. I dont know what their deal is, somethings not right 🤔

Target & Walmart donate a lot to the store in Petersburg. I know the money 💰 goes for a good cause but I know that a lot of the merchandise can be purchased at these stores for the same price or cheaper. This particular store doesnt have the better bargains compared to the other store locations.

I love Habitat for Humanity! The staff there are very kind and friendly, as well as being hard workers. Ive had the privilege of volunteering with them and have been impressed with how much these workers get done! They are amazing!

Everytime I try to shop here is a problem. Whats the point of having things out on the floor if they are not for sale. Another issue is pricing I was told 100 for a door with a dent got to register and it changed to 150 then only form of payment is cash or cash app. Something is not right here.

Nothing is priced I had to send a picture of the items I was interested in to someones cell phone who responded the next day and want me to send her the money by cash app very unprofessional it seems like a scam

Personally, I liked it there. They had a lot of great stuff that could be very helpful to someone looking for a few items and dont want to overpay for them.The store has its own organization system which was a little odd, but not cumbersome. I was just browsing for a client, but happened upon a really great deal on some tools. If youre a landlord, handyman, contractor, flipper, etc you need to check this place out.One of the people working there was a little live if you ask me. She has a way of being short with customers. I personally wasnt affected, but i witnessed an interaction she had with another customer that was rude at best. She was short with me, but I killed her with kindness until she relaxed. She ended up being very nice and friendly to me, but I had to work to get that side of her. Having been on management Ive had plenty of time to practice those skills, but as a customer thats really not my job.

This is the worst Habitat for Humanity ever. It is nasty and the lady that sits in the office is condescending and mean. The elevator was broken for months. The items are being sold to one person and they are told that they can pick them up and when you go to get the items they have sold them to someone else. They then have the nerve to say that they will not issue refunds. Not today. I am not stopping until there is resolution to the situation.They are reckless and careless. How do you call yourself being in the service industry doing things like that? Also how are you double selling? Its a scam and they are cooking the books.

You can always find something at a good price there that also helps out others in need.

This place really helps people with bargain prices &good merchandise.Would highly recommend if anyone need items for their house that are2expensive elsewhere

I thought the furniture was pretty overpriced. I went looking for dining room tables and all were well over $200, including one that had a missing leg!I suppose other things in there such as sinks and fixtures and the like were priced well. I was just shocked by some of the other prices. Ive been to several other HFHRs and this is by far the most expensive.

A bit hidden of a place which one needs to look a second time to see. Outside of that not a bad place. It knows its customers and the reasons why its around. You dont know if what you want is there but if it is the price is a steal. The workers there seem to be ok. But outside of that its an alright place.

We shop Habitat often. You never know what youll find. Most of their pricing is very reasonable. Bring help to load larger purchases. Friendly staff.

Awful place with awful people. The whole place is a disease waiting to happen, leaking with torn up and almost useless material. The prices on the products are irrelevant and change once you carry things to the register. Items being sold are cheaper at home depot or lowes, do not be scammed.

This place used to be a place to go prices have jumped so high for things that they were given for free i will not pay such high prices when i can get it newer for same or lower price.
