I would not recommend utilizing this business for any of your Party Needs. The company is over priced, however I still utilized their services, the tent that was brought was dirty. The tables and chairs were dirty and full of rust. One table was broken and I was not able to sit my guest at that table. It resembled something that just in a shed with no upkeep. Subsequently I had to clean both the tables and chairs from mud / dust and other food particles.Prior to delivery of the rental products they require you to pay your full balance. Two weeks after my party was over I received a call stating that I had a balance of $75.50. The customer service to resolve this issue was atrocious at best and I do not agree with having to pay for a workers mistake/ miscalculation which seemed to be the error in my situation. A manager was never available for me to speak or dispute my issue and concern with and the representative from the company was rude with bad manners.I would not recommend utilizing this company as I’m sure there are other businesses and company’s in the Area that offers better and reliable service and customer service.
I was recommended to use this company for my wedding by a friend and I will say it was the biggest mistake I had ever made. We just booked them 2 weeks ago and our wedding is within 2 weeks however we just recently found out people within our wedding party tested positive for covid. We explained this to them and was told because we didn’t cancel within 30 days, we will not receive any refund back. I’m highly disappointed and disgusted with this company ethics during this pandemic. Myself and my fiancé have to get tested now and this company doesn’t care if we could have gotten infected like others that are positive. I don’t recommend using this company. All they care about is keeping your money despite people getting sick from this virus. Shame on them. We worked hard for that money and now we won’t have a wedding because of the illness going around and they want to keep all our money and not help us out. They didn’t even offer to give us some money back. We paid over $300 and I would have accepted to get $50 back but they gave us nothing. This is the worse business I ever encounter in my life.“Update”Company agreed to extend our rental for next year event. I’m glad they did the right thing given myself and others had covid-19 and I was not able to keep my wedding event at our venue this year. I hope they continue to give good customer service.
Ive called to get quotes on renting heated tents for Christmas and from the moment she answered the phone she was rude, I asked how she was doing today and she replied can I help you in a not so polite manner I asked again and it was the same reply. I continued to asked about the tent and with every reply it was the same attitude so I told her have a good day and hung up. I called back to get her name and speak to a manager she replied her name is Christy and that she was the manager and she also replied that she was giving off attitude because she could not here me instead of her stating that in the beginning. In order to receive good customer service you have to give good service so I will be taking my money and business elsewhere, just thought I should share. Thanks for terrible phone service, luckily it wasnt in person...........

We used Topside for our Wedding Rentals and they did a fantastic job!!!
