Geek Squad was going to charge an arm and a leg to have the same work done that he did for 120. He didnt have to send my laptop off or order a part. He did a legit service and had it done the same day. I could not have asked for better results. He was knowledgeable and shared tips and pointers that he didnt even have to. I have found my new spot for electronics repairs and hard drive issues. I will never take my laptop anywhere else. Give this guy a ring before making any dumb decision to take it somewhere else that seems more legit just because of the name brand or location.
