I messaged Jakes to get my house power washed. They got me a date right away. I was impressed by the updates they gave me about when they would arrive and they showed up in that time frame. My husband and I were pressure washing ourselves for the last few years but decided to have it done this year and Im glad we did. The man that came did an exceptional job better than what we had done. He was so polite and explained the process of what he was going to do. Thanks again for a job well done. After my calls and email requests for estimates went ignored by several other established power washing companies I saw Jake’s truck on 288 and sent an email. I received a response within an hour and all communication moving forward was professional and the customer service superb. The morning of my appointment I sent an email with a question at 6 AM not expecting a response, but instead was pleasantly surprised that I got a response within 30 minutes and my question was addressed immediately. When the crew arrived they did a great job and were very conscientious while they worked. Between the outstanding customer service and the outstanding job they did cleaning my house, shed, and outdoor areas I will be a loyal and returning customer .

Extremely satisfied! Our house had green algae, mold and just all around dirt and build up on the siding. We have the housed garage and shed that needed power washing bad. This is the second time we have had Jake out at our house and I forgot how amazing my house looked! This time we had him clean out the gutters, soft wash the house and back porch and the driveway cleaned. Since our concrete driveway was still under a year old he had recommendations on what he was going to do as not to mess up the coating it has on it. The only regret I have is not calling Jake SOONER! My house has never looked better. It looks like it was just painted. There was some stubborn green algae along the roofline and Jake and his team were able to completely remove it! I have a lot of trees and shade around my house, so there were cobwebs, etc. on the porch, deck, and around the windows. All of that is gone too! The crew was on time, professional, and efficient. I would absolutely hire them again! (Side note - My house has the pressed hardboard siding and NONE of it or the paint was damaged.)
