Been dealing with them for years,good service

A friend of mine rents from budget all the time, and for the most part he is very satisfied with the service. The only negative I see is that they do not offer to pick you up or drop you off, I think that should be a service that all rental companies have available.

Rented a car from here for a cross country road trip... the vehicle was very clean and the prices were decent..

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! A reservation was made and I was told “oh you gon have to wait because I don’t have anything.” Waiting was not the problem until I repeatedly had to say excuse me to get the clerks attention and she didn’t respond, but I could hear her fumbling in the back office. I’ve never had any bad experiences here before, but I can guarantee I won’t be back.

Took a friend, to get rental car.

Excellent service and a great staff that went well beyond their duty. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and most importantly did their job and more for us. They took what could have been a very stressful situation for us thanks to another car rental company and made it a great day. To their credit, even more, we were walk-ins so I can only imagine what the service would be for someone who made an appointment. If you need a car, truck, etc. this is your place.

I had (as in the past) a very good experience. Friendly rep that worked with us and somehow made a painful experience(our car repair) much easier on us 😊

Was really upset with the service at this location had a car reserved through price line at one price 5 minutes away from showing up i get a call that they were short on cars in other words they had no cars, once i arrived i was told they had another car they could put me in but i had to pay an additional price honestly i do not agree that the matter should have been resolved this way because basically i had to pay for the their inconvenience. Horrible service wish there was an option for zero stars.

Terrible customer service and the car I got was equally horrible.The lady and man that were both there when I visited this budget rental (not owned by the company itself) have self hatred and black mold running through their veins. Good luck getting anything that closely resembles anything other than a burning hobo dumpster fire for customer service.Now for the car. Got a cracked windshield, back seat filled with smoke ash, and stains all over. The lady already tried to chargee for a cleaning fee swearing she saw me smoke next to the vehicle. In the end they wanted to replace it for a smaller car higher rate. Convinced her to let me drive it to another budget where I did replace it for an upgrade.The return was filled with the same love mentioned above but with a little less sass.10/10 would never recommend. Just run away.

This place was fantastic! There was an problem that I ran into trying to rent a car from Virginia to Detroit with another major car rental place. I went here at the last minute and the man who helped me, Gerald, got me in and out within 10 minutes with excellent service! On top of that, the Budget on the Detroit side didnt close out my reservation, so he went the extra mile and closed it for me. He called and made sure I made it in. An excellent experience that I would repeat again.

Made extra charges of up to $400 after two months of renting there! There was no spare tire in the car and it was stinky and dirty! If you rent here you will be wasting your money they will not fix what they have done!

Unprofessional environment

Absolutely horrible service. Walked in and the front desk associate had an attitude as soon as we walked in the door. Never had such horrible service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Owners should teach their employees how to speak to people and how to have good customer service. There is no reason to be rude to someone as soon as they walk in the door.

I rent from this company often enough for the staff to know me by name. They are friendly and always work diligently to get me in and out. However, out of a guesstimate 10 times renting with them, the company headquarters has only provided them with cars on time maybe twice. Ive had to wait almost every single time for cars to arrive. This even effected my departure time for a trip once. Although it has nothing to do with the staff, it is not a good look at all. I hope corporate or whomever can make a difference does. I love goin here for my cars, but there are definitely other companies I can pursue!!

I needed a car for a death in family had to travel to pay I booked a compact car then when I got there they sd they didnt have one and SD I would have to pay more for the one they could rent.. needless to say my fill member passed away without me getting there due to budget car rental....2 hours going somewhere else last minute cost me a chance to see my loved one!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. I reserved a truck for these guys on a one-way nearly a month before the pickup date. Got a reservation & everything. Double-checked IN PERSON twice. Then get a call 2 1/2 days before Uh, we dont have a truck anywhere between here & DC. Its busy, you know... I thought thats the point of the reservation!!!! Dont tell me everything is fine if you dont know!!!! Be honest!!!! And they didnt even care!!!!Stay away from this shady rental company!!!! There are numerous awful reviews about this corporation (I should have read them!!!). Go to U-Haul. Theyll help you. They saved my bacon!!!

Reserved my car 3 months in advance, went to go get my car and they told me they had none available for me and denied me a refund. I had used them 3 times prior and have had similar problems with the attitudes of the employees, but to flat out deny me a refund because of their screw up is insane. Enterprise is way better. I hope they find someone to work here who has half a brain because the lack of professionals in this establishment is whats going to ruin this place.

I made my reservation almost a month ago. I asked questions about age because I have experience with being an underage driver. I went in an was told I had to pay a 27 dollar a day fee. I was astonished due to the fact that I had asked all necessary questions. I suggest giving all pertainant information about what is needed to rent a vehicle. First and last experience due to my cautions about being given falsifed information. Budget should really tighten up. Nothing against the workers as they did there best to accommodate it is the company in general.

Gerald was great in helping my daughter and I off of 95 and then got us a rental extremely fast.

Could even walk out and show me the vehicle and if theres anything wrong with it charged $140 to go one way
