#1 barber shop in VA....great staff, great music, great prices..... great enviroment all round !!

Customer service is beyond poor. Was asked 3 times if I was awaiting for someone. Sat in the shop for 45 mins and the was told I could get a haircut after another appointment. While 3 other barbers were there and no one help. The window sign in the front of the establishment states nothing about making appointsment and encourages walk ins.
