Went in with no appointment to get a leak in a tire pinpointed and possibly fixed. They were ultra nice, checked out all the tires, found a nail, repaired the hole, and made sure that all the tires had the correct pressure, all at a very reasonable cost. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for social distancing. Masks are not required for which I am grateful. I highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

First and foremost, the service that was provided to my wife and I on such short notice was crazy over the top. Every single employee that we personally had an interaction with was professional in every way.We got a flat in Emporia, VA... Called their store and did not have the size (spoke with Michelle). She got me in contact with Donnie at the Petersburg, VA tire shop... they didnt have the size tire but sent one of their employees an hour away to pick the tire up and then an hour back to change it out.When. My wife needs new tires on her Tacoma, we live an hour and half away and will go back to give them business because of our overall experience.

First Ill start off by saying I have never left a review but felt like this place deserves it. The 1st time I went here was to get a set of 35s mounted on 24 inch gloss black and milled wheels. Dropped them off and was called very quick to come get back and pick up my wheels no scratches as thats how they were dropped off. Happy was a understatement. They did a great job. 2nd time was to get a alignment.(alignment guy knew exactly what he was doing) This time I had some time to sit around and talk to the guys around the shop. They are very nice and helpful. extremely knowledgeable and fair priced definitely recommend these people.

My wife took our truck here to have 1 tire balanced and it never got done. They also tried to charge her for all 4 tires when they didn’t balance the one she was asking for. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

I’ve never had a better experience at an automotive and tire shop. I was broke down on Interstate 95, my brother gave me Leete’s number, I called and they gave me a 1/2 hour time on a tow truck and were there in about 10 minutes. They had the tire that I needed and had me out the door in about an hour from flat tire to fixed. I dealt with Donnie in the shop but all of the staff were helpful. Ive always took my 2011 F150 to the dealership. Since it was going to take a month just to start, it was recommended by another dealership and friend to take it here. I did thankfully! The dealership was estimated to cost minimally $2,200 for replacing two coolant lines around the turbos. Not only did they replace the two, they did them all and a state inspection with minor repairs (wipers and bulbs) for $1,865 all within a week. Courtesy and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend this place. This is my second 5 star review. Ive wrote many 1 star.

Took truck to three different shops for an alignment. They all told me they couldnt do it,my truck is lowered 4 and 6. Leete Tire did not have a problem doing it I now where to come to from here out.THANKS LEETE TIRE

After waiting 45 more minutes I called the driver, he never answered, then I called Leete tire was assured by Liz that he would be out in 30 minutes. After 45 more minutes no one came and Intried to call Liz again but no answer.Update Liz did try to call and help out but the driver still was not able to get the job done

Excellent service & great people! If I was the manger I’d give them all a raise!!Only review I’ve done on a business. I personally won’t ever go out of my way to make a review. When it comes to automotive business I’ve dealt with in the past I’ve always experienced just slightly above average, average, and poor service. I’m not trying to sound corny or cheesy but this place truly makes you feel like a part of their family. The Petersburg staff in the lobby and the mechanics are truly professional kind, and knowledgeable. My wife originally found this place and I told her to look at the automotive shop on base. One because it was closer and two it probably be a lot cheaper. That was far from reality they try to tell her only way she could pass a state inspection was to buy two new tires. I told her not to buy them (base on my basic automotive tech skill from high school lol) they are ripping you off and lying. So she finds leetes online and go there. The staff tells my wife she passed but barely and that she would need a new tires on her car very soon. Due to their honesty we just bought the tire from them and they’re very well educated staff not only showed my wife but located the exact spot that was wearing unevenly. Due to their transparency we bought the tire. Fast forward 2 months due to my distrust in automotive shops due to what I know and have experienced. I only let people who I personally know work on my truck and car one because it’s cheaper and two I can watch the repair. This one time I decided not to be there a mistake was made and long story short had the wrong fluid in my brake fluid reservoir. I knew I had to get it flushed but when I called the GMC dealership they told me I had to replace the entire brake system a price well over 2,000. Unfortunately I didn’t realize there was more than one leetes and lowkey I only trusted the shop in Petersburg. I decided to drive from my families home in henrico(were the incident occurred, I live on base) the distance unfortunately had contaminated most of the brake system. Leetes had recommended a double flush which was way cheaper than replacing the brake system. However, after the flush they made it very clear that the contaminated fluid would eventually cause my brake system to fail. With that advice, I started putting money aside for this costly repair. So now let’s fast forward 6 week, and my brake system fails. The fluid had gone bad as they said it eventually would about last week. This is the important part as why you should come here and never go to a dealership again. I called the dealership ONLY because I had to drive to New York to see my wife’s family, so I needed the service fast like Chick-fil-A fast. The dealership must’ve been on one because with the diagnosis, labor and parts they estimated the repair close to 4,000 and they wouldn’t be done until after new years . With leetes I paid close to half of that and they finished everything in less than a week. Realistically they went out of there way to help me, and I only bought a tire from them before. They stayed late on Friday not only to help me but a traveler as well they closed at 1730(5:30pm) on a Friday. As I was paying for my repair, this couple walked in saying that they were driving home and not from the area. Any human would wanna go home on a Friday and relax after a long day, but these people are god sent. I could see they were all tired but everyone stayed to help this random couple from out in town not because they had to but because of who these people are, they were not gonna let this couple be stranded. I can’t speak for all the leetes shops cause this is the only one I’ve dealt with but grade A service grade A people I’ll only ever come to this place. Regardless how far it is and How sketchy the town is lol

Went to two locations the one on Hull Street and the one on Petersburg three different oil changes every time something got messed up. They put the wrong oil in, they double ring the filter and all the oil leaked out and almost destroyed the engine, the Petersburg location also put regular instead of synthetic and then try to lie about it. even though the paperwork clearly stated regular oil and when asked was stated regular oil was used. Hull Street location also broke the hood rod to hold up the hood, eventually they did replace that at least. If you want your oil change go somewhere else three different times three different problems is a sign of incompetence. Even the owner and the manager doesnt try to actually fix a problem just have a bunch of excuses. As far as tires go I dont know but I have taken four different cars to discount tire and never had a problem. Discount tire offered impeccable service on every single vehicle. Leete tire and Auto messed up, lied, makes excuses, and covers up their deceit at every turn. Not the company I would choose to do business with again.

The throttle body went out on my car on a Sunday. I called Leete on Monday morning. In ten minutes they picked up my car. Donnie called that afternoon and gave me an estimate....Tuesday morning 10 AM my vehicle was ready! They are the best!

My wife and I were traveling home to Pennsylvania and broke down on I-95 during a rain storm that produced flash flooding in the area on a Saturday. They sent out a Tow immediately and the woman on the phone eased my wifes fears ( I am bad with names). The Tow truck driver was excellent and fast safely putting down cones around our car and quickly got the car on the wrecker.Because we could not get an Uber or Lyft the driver took us back to the shop with the car ( Masks on ) and recommended a local cab to take us to a hotel we were able to get a room at. Monday morning first thing they were in contact with us and quickly diagnosed the problem and started working on it right away as they knew we were traveling.When we arrived at the shop they welcomed us and treated us like family. In their waiting area I was able to work remote as I am a teacher and was expected to be home at the time. They also noticed and shown me while they were lifting the car that one of our tires was severely damaged and was close to blowing out. At one point Jerry Tatum ( President) came out with the woman who spoke to my wife on Saturday and welcomed us and to make sure we were OK. We were out of there very timely even though they had to send someone to another facility in Richmond to get us a tire. When we left everyone there wished us safe travels. We HIGHLY recommend Leetes Tire and Auto and give them a HUGE Thank you!! -Scott and Ann

The customer service here is unmatched by any other shop Ive ever been to. The staff was very friendly and receptive. They were very busy, but instead of telling me to come back another day, they were able to fit me in and check my brakes for free. David was very honest and told me straight up that there is nothing wrong with my brakes and they werent going to charge me anything for taking 30 min of their time. The great thing about Leete it is they will always take care of you . I went yesterday to get new tires put on my car or I should say my baby my experience has always been great every time Ive either called or went there.. Donnie is super nice yesterday while I was sitting there I seen an elderly man with a cane sitting in the other room that Donnie was talking to ..as they had finished the conversation the man struggling to get up Donnie reached down and offered the gentleman his hand.. I was impressed most people would have just finish the conversation and walked away.. that says a lot about someone and yesterday I dealt with Amber after they had finished with my tires I happen to notice my stem caps werent my own silver caps I had so.. Amber went and found my caps she even put them on for me its the little things like that that makes the BIG DIFFERENCE ..YOU are not just money to them YOU are a person..and now I also get what the A in Amber is for AWESOME..

I arrived at the Hull Street Location this morning to drop my car off for an oil change and inspection and to have my tires looked at because I need new ones. I arrived at 7:35 AM. the store has an opening time of 7:30 AM. I was told by an employee that they were unsure as to when the manager would get there to unlock the doors. I waited a few minutes but I had to leave to get to work. I ended of dropping my car off at Firestone who was open and ready to rake my business. I have heard great things about your company but I feel it is very unprofessional when your employees and customers arrive and are waiting on the manager up. I would hope this situation would change because it is my guess that you have and will lose customers.

It was not hard to as my service handler Wyatt kept me updated and informed with all the details. I too, fell victim to the dreaded flat Mercedes Benz tire during a road trip. They were the only shop in the area that had my tire size. They graciously helped me even though it was super close to their closing time. Most shops would have turned me away and told me to come back the next day, but not them.I will forever be grateful for their assistance and helping me get home safely. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! While passing through the area via I-95, I got a flat tire. Spent over 90 minutes from roadside calling various tire centers from Fredericksburg to Petersburg for a replacement for my Mercedes (not a standard replacement tire). Not only did Leete Tire have a replacement, but EXCELLENT service. They were quick to replace, offered a comfortable, clean environment, and the entire staff was warm and gracious.
