We were rear-ended and took our car to Chesdin to get fixed. It may have taken longer than we wanted but it was well worth the wait! We are so happy with this place and plan on bringing our vehicles here whenever we need something taken care of! Super friendly staff and very attentive! After taking the car home, we noticed that the trunk wouldnt open right and the light needed adjusting. They took it right back in the following day and fixed it QUICK and even took it off to make sure the exhaust was in place correctly! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Thanks Allen and staff for getting my Dori going again!

We had our car shipped from California to Virginia for a military move. As the truck driver took it off the truck he ripped the mirror off of our car. We brought our car to Chesdin for the repair. They were kind, courteous, and quick. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. Our insurance company didnt catch all the damage to our 2017 Subaru Outback when they did the estimate. Allen and his team saw the mistake, worked with my insurance company to correct the insurance companys mistake, and still had the work completed on time! I was sent to Chesdin through my company because I have a company car. I had to have my car towed there and when I arrived disheveled from sitting on the side of the highway and riding in a tow truck for over an hour, I was greeted very quickly and kindly. The service was top notch from the beginning. I also needed to collect some belonging while my bumper was being fixed and that was no problem. They even offered to mail it to me so I wouldnt have to make the drive from Glen Allen. Honestly, from the service and quality of work, I would definitely drive the hour to use them in the future! Absolutely recommend them 100%

Awesome place, great service and outstanding customer service!! We are lucky to have found Chesdin! Our truck messed up on the way to MD from NC, luckily we were referred to Chesdin by a local car parts store. People there were so nice and helpful, did all they could to find the problem and fix it with out trying to over charge or do more work than was needed. They did a GREAT job on our Yukon Denali! Also the customer service, helpful and just friendly interactions with Allen and Candice made it an even better experience.

Had to wait to get my vehicle in for repair and paint. Once in was finished on time and looked great!
